Staff delivering show horrible bias to friends - openly picking sides in petty neighbour disputes and wading in. Parking aggressively. Horrible :( Lack of professionalism & demonstrable hostility - recorded on Ring doorbell camera. Rude & ignorant. Sad update to what used to be a respected business. Avoid.

Four day stay in Brighton and forgot my medication. Found the nearest dispensing chemist, this one. Called and asked for assistance. Very articulate gentleman gave succinct instruction on how to register a emergency prescription request, which I followed. Seconds later I received confirmation of my request followed by instruction to call pharmacy. Spoke to him, arranged requirements and made my way there. Cheerful and competent receptionist already had my medication to hand and was extremely courteous. 10/10 Bravo!

Best pharmacy in Bingley Very friendly staff was very friendly and very helpfull. Always on point extremely fast service. Thank you i will be coming again. And i will surely recommend.

Last year 2023 the Chemist we used on a regular basis shut up the shop and left an empty space. Then we found the Swalecliffe Chemist who we discovered to be everything a patient could want. My wife and I both need a regular supply of our medicines and now we have it so we will stay with this excellent team. There is one other aspect of this outlet we would like to make. Whilst each and every one in the shop are excelent we would like to mention the delivery team and thank them for their work. Thanks to you all.

I went in to pick up a prescription yesterday, 7 days after ordering online. It had not been dispensed and I had to wait about 15 minutes. This has become the norm. For about two years when I go in to pick up a prescription, it has not been dispensed and I have to wait - usually for at least 15 minutes. They used to be much more efficient - my prescription used to be ready for me to collect. I am considering moving to a more efficient chemist.

I had a rather long wait for my daughters prescription- which I can understand. During my wait I heard negative comments and conversations about other employees/ situations about being short staffed. A staff member in particular spoke about not wanting to be there and wanting to walk out. She also was rather abrupt to a colleague offering help. When I asked for a feedback form I was advised to go on line and I over heard ‘well that’s me in trouble’ knowing she had been speaking inappropriately. My prescription was suddenly rushed through as she frantically looked for the product. I was sent on my way without a goodbye etc regardless of me thanking them and wishing them well.

Very helpful, great customer service. For example the pharmacy didn’t have the meds I needed and they got them for me and delivered so I wasn’t without them

We visited the Shenfield Pharmacy today for our COVID booster jabs. We were checked in by a very pleasant member of staff and then had a short wait for our jab. Greeted by another very pleasant lady who gave us our jabs. All very quick and efficient.

I have been going to boots pharmacy in Roundswell for several years now and find the pharmacy very efficient.I would highly recommend to any one the staff are helpful and friendly.The pharmacy next door is closing in May so the store has become busier but I know when I get my text message my prescription is ready for me to collect .Highly recommended if looking for a pharmacy
