I had to have a 24hr blood pressure monitor fitted. My GP cancelled my appointment on the day due to staff illness so I popped into the chemist. I was offered the monitor and a full blood pressure check as part of their new service. The member of staff that took me through the process was amazing. I would seriously recommend this service to everyone. Much quicker than having to wait a couple of weeks for a GP/Nurse appointment. Thank you so much

Had a prescription sent over to pick up on a Saturday from a doctor through 111 as the website listed it is open til past 9pm. It closes at 6pm on Saturday and Sundays. This needs to be amended.

Called into my pharmacy to collect my medication today and the girls saw me in my car and brought it out to me and it’s isn’t the first time the staff has gone out of their way to help.They are wonderful and happy and make going to collect medication a happier time..

We went for travel vaccinations for the whole family. They made sure the children felt at ease at all times and they left unafraid of punctures for the rest of their lives!

Jayplex pharmacy has new owners and they are both very professional, kind and friendly. I collect my father’s many medicine from here and the pharmacist has made it easy for me to pick them up , they are always ready and tackle any issues that come up and are organised and greet you with a smile.

Unbelievably long lines, no offiency, no communication, never answers the phone. often don’t have the prescription after the long wait. Always queuing outside. truely repeatedly painful experience.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. When I couldn’t get antibiotics anywhere, they had them! A very stressful day eventually ended with some good news!! Would recommend to everyone!

The Pillbox Pharmacy, Meadgate Avenue, Great Baddow, Chelmsford. The staff at the chemist were a delightful combination of being friendly, professional and thoroughly helpful. Their patient and accommodating approach deserves recognition. Thank you.

Lloyds Pharmacy, Shaftesbury, Dorset. Appalling service with typical wait of 50 minutes to collect a prescription. Totally understaffed. Medicine shortage possibly because they don’t have the staff to unpack the boxes of medication waiting at the counter.

C & M Chemist is attached to the Marine Surgery in Southbourne. It is a small pharmacy but very busy. Whenever I have gone into the pharmacy the staff have always been friendly, polite and helpful in dealing with my prescription requests and have clearly explained what the medication is for and how best to take it. The shop side of the pharmacy is is well stocked with the usual items you would expect and even some you don't.
