Everything went very well from the transport to the surgery and everything in between. Spamedica staff work efficiently and courteously. They are all friendly and helpful; the driver, the meet and greet man, the receptionists, the nurses and the surgeon all treated me kindly. I was given plenty of information before and after the op. Thank you everybody.

I had a cataract operation on 1st June 2024. The total experience, starting with the pre-assessment on 28th May 2024 was brilliant. The staff, both clerical and medical, were amazing and put me at ease as I was very apprehensive about having the operation. The booklets provided were very helpful and answered a lot of my queries. I would give this practice a 5* rating - I can't say more than top class, excellent, and a great medical centre.

I had my first appointment today and although I was feeling apprehensive as to what to expect, all the staff were so friendly and kind and completely put me at ease. I want to thank them all for the treatment I received and will feel so much more at ease for my next appointment in July.

All the staff from Receptionist to Surgeon, were helpful, pleasant and efficient. The surgery procedure was not frightening because of all the careful preparations and explanations given. What a great team. One of the stages involved a long wait in a room which felt quite chilled because of the air-conditioning. I would have taken a cardigan with me if I'd been forewarned.

On arrival I was offered a coffee by a gentleman at reception, polite and helpful. All staff upstairs were absolutely brilliant in every way, they are all a huge credit to the company. Thank you.

I was very happy with my time at spamedica ,all the staff were very friendly and reassuring.I was so nervous and they got me through it.I would recommend everyone to use Spamedica.

I was treated like a private patient, even though I’m an NHS patient. I couldn’t wish for a better service than what I received from Spamedica. I would recommend Spamedica for anyone needing eye treatment. They are up to date with all the latest technology to succesfully treat most eye conditions. From Grace Spencer.

Cataract surgery at Telford, Treatment by all staff was First class kept me informed of each stage of the proceedure. All staff are a credit to SpaMedica. I would like to thank them all.
