Cataract procedure on 18th June - friendly welcome and efficient procedure in preliminary stages. A bit of a wait for the surgery but this may have been to allow the initial drops to work. Surgery was OK - brief and effective. Post surgery - clear instructions and then a coffee and biscuits. Impressed by the willingness of reception staff to phone my daughter to say I was "ready" to collect. Post-procedure : symptoms were as warned about but by day after there was distinct improvement and 2 days after (today) I wore old vari-focal specs and the improvement was dramatic and clear. Many thanks. Looking forward (sort of !) to the other eye being done in the same place in the future

Although initially worried I was put at ease by the friendly helpful staff. After a short wait I had my cataract removed without any stress to myself.

Overall experience was modern, clean, light and airy. The whole feel was of complete calm. The staff, in fact the whole team, were very efficient, friendly & informative, at my assessment. The day of my procedure, felt exactly the same, from start to finish. The expertise of the Surgeon, made me feel very relaxed, that I was in safe hands. I would whole heartedly recommend this practise.

two cataract ops in last 6 weeks ,staff all very friendly and professional , patients welfare seemed top priority .never hurried but always being looked after , I will recommend this site to any of my friends who need surgery .well done SPA Bexhill.

I had a really good experience with my cataract operation. The procedure was really quick and I was looked after very well by everyone. I will not be apprehensive at all when the time comes for me to have my other eye operated on

Everything went to plan and every care was taken to get things right. The results of my surgery have been great with very little discomfort being experienced.

I couldnt have asked for better service than I got at Spamedic - within 3 weeks of dianosis I was having surgery whichtook place in the suggested time Staff were great making me feel at ease . the op was successful and Ive had no problems since ( and Im nearly 90)

From start to finish the experience was excellent. Extremely friendly and professional staff. Kindly gave me an appointment to fit in with existing plans. Would thoughly recommend.

Both the initial assessment appointment and the cataract operation were first class in the way they were conducted and all the staff members were not only efficient but put you at ease with their friendliness .

Not knowing what to expect, was very impressed with complete care, information given all way through procedure could not fault anything from arriving to leaving, thankyou.
