    I used the online 111 service where a nurse calls you back in about 30 mins. I received a call in under 40 minutes from a nurse, who was very thorough & recommend what I should do next. Great service thank you.

    My 4 year old developed over 40 c temperature with an eye infection. According to the online recommendation I had to see a doctor asap. As it was bank holiday I rang 111 and was caller number 103. Patiently waited for 1.5h and then was told I will get an urgent call back within 2h. The call never came back. It has been 5 hours. My daughter is no better. I don’t know what to do…

  4. Review titled Dentist made me feel comfortable

    I have both positive and negative experiences but as far as healthcare in the prison where I am its mostly positive, especially the dentist! With the dentist she made me comfortable and carried out the work without discomfort.

    I was told by the nurse a doctor will call ne within the next 6 hours I stayed awake until 1am to find no phone call made to me and am still waiting for a phone call 12 hours later

    Absolute shocking system. Called yesterday at 2.30 was on the phone for 1hr 30mins before even speaking with someone. Finally got though was told my daughter needs to be seen within 12 hours. Was told we would recieve a call. 14 hours had pasted still nothing. I called again this morning at 5.30 was told my daughter is still on the call back list, done a other triage assessment was told the same thing but this time in the next 6 hours. Absolute joke of a system.. now we are sat up urgent care!!!

    Called 111 at 3pm yesterday 5.12.22 Was on hold for 2 hours with no sign of call being answered. Filled out online form instead at 5 30pm. To be told to expect a call within 2 hours. It's now 14 hours later and I'm still waiting

    Called 111 in early hours as my 6 year old developed severe cough and high temperature. C-negative. After more than an hour on hold I was told I get call back in next 6 hours. I received no call! The same treatment I got couple of months ago when I had 3rd degree burn and needed surgery, no help, no call back. Utterly disappointing considering that we monthly contribute to these services.

    Twice tried 111 online as think I am currently miscarrying and would like a nurse or Doctor call back. Cannot phone my Doctor as it started Boxing Day and today is bank hol. No call back after 24 hours. Not appropriate for me to go to A & E but website states I should seek Doctor help…. How?!?! No call back, no response and now the phone line is simply cutting off and not connecting. Get rid of this useless service and return to an area on call Doctor

    Been on hold for 2 hours 30. I cannot fill in the online form because it is about my 17 month old. Next step a&e This service is meant to reduce the pressure on a&e but unfortunately I can't get the help I need! Please fund the NHS better!! This used to be such a good service and no may be costing lives!
