    Went through 111 Online, completed questions, told I would get call from nurse within 30 mins. Call came within a minute, more questions, advised to go to local emergency department. Seen there within two hours. All staff helpful and lovely. Just wanted to post a positive review for a change!

    I was advised to ring via my local surgery as they had no appointments and recommended 111 for help and advice. The lady ignored the reason I was ringing, kept discussing the fact I was a little shakey (which was because I was worried about having another attack). Didn’t want to hear about the reason I was ringing, or the fact my inhaler isn’t helping when I have an attack. Didn't ask me anything about the asthma attack or anything relevant to my call. The lady offered me no help or advice. I straight out asked what to do if I have another asthma attack (as I wont get an action plan or preventer inhaler till my lung assessment) and she said ring 111 again or 999 if an emergency. I came off the phone and cried.

    Rang on a Saturday morning, took 15 minutes to get through but when I did the handler took my details asked questions and said the out of hours Dr would ring me back. He rang within the hour and prescribed antibiotics which were waiting for me at a nearby pharmacist. Great service in my opinion

    I phoned NHS111 last night after having blood in my urine twice, pains in lower stomach, burning and pain when apssing urine and general burning. Waited 50-55 minutes to get through. Explained the whole thing asked some questions by call handler and was told by call handler who spoke to senior clician that I had just to take paracetamol and drink plenty. Was told that someone from Out of Hours would call me back but this would be delayed due to how busy they were. 13 hours later I am still waiting for the call. Tried calling them back this morning only to ger.acl handler who kept interrupting me, refused to let me explain why I was calling and asked if she was a leisure of company. The conversation amde no sense, I hung up due to not getting the chance to explain anything to her about why I was calling. I am furious and sogustedd with the way I have been treated. Won't be using the service again as I have now been left in pain until 8am tomorrow morning when ym GP Practice reopens.

    In pain started in left arm and shooting pains affected my head with heavy pressure to back of head . So far for 5 days. Phoned 111 for help as it's weekend and tried to explain problems and was told that I had to pick either my head or arm as they can only diagnose one and asked which one is worse. Tried to explain both are bad and they are one of the same problem but was told I had to choose one or they could not help. When I questioned this she got irate rude and told my to phone twice for advice with each problem and then just hung up on me.

    Called 111, machine said they were extremely busy so to use online service if possible. Put phone down and filled in online info said we'd get a call back in 2hrs Waited just over 4, called 111 back to be told yes 7.15 I can see, they rang out of hours gp to be told they had no record of anything coming through and all of a sudden call handler can no longer see our original online submission. Spoke to a 2nd call handler to be told it would probably be another 6-7 hour wait to speak to a clinician or A&E which is around an 8 hour wait Considering my initial call was at 7.15pm and being told it would be 7am before anyone would deal with my sick child I can only politely call this a ridiculous service!

    Rang NHS111 for advice as feeling very unwell. Abrupt, cold mannered call handler too focused in asking own inappropriate questions than listening to my concerns. Told a medic would call me within the hour. However, about eight hours later at 1am a medic rang. By then completely inappropriate and unexpected. Alarmed to even receive a routine call so late. The system is not fit for purpose.

    This is the second time I have had to wait for more than 12 hours for a call back for my baby. I thought babies were a priority? The IVF asks twice if the call is for an under 5 and yet no one calls back! The first time I missed a call as no one rang until midnight, this time there has been no calls at all! I was told I will be called within 2 hours and the queues seemed better. I rang at 3:20pm and it’s now 4:15am the next day! Is this a joke?! Always short staffed, great excuse! A stupid phone call received to say there’s a delay but this is not a delay, it’s appalling when a little one needs help! What a waste of time, no wonder the queues at A&E is so long and the ambulance service can’t cope! It’s service like this from 111 & GPS that have caused a mess! Waste of time, don’t bother ringing

    I called Monday September 19th for bad covid -19 symptoms. During this call both the call handler and the clinician were lovely and I was seen that day by a GP at the out of hours. I was told to call back should my symptoms worsen - which I did today. The clinician today was asking me questions as if she suspected I was lying or calling for the wrong reasons. They said "well your answering my questions fine so you seem fine to me" "well you first said on Monday this and now today you're saying this" the clinician was clearly trying to trip me up on what I was reporting. Also didn't know you could tell how well a person was over a voice phone call. I feel quite dumb and embarrassed for reaching out for help as now I'm second guessing myself - should I have even called? Am I okay and just over reacting? Did those symptoms happen? - health care providers should not leave patients feeling like this.

    Waited 4 hours on a Sunday to speak to Dental specialist regarding my spreading gingivitis. I just needed a course of an antibiotic. Was told they could not prescribe anything and suggested I see my dentist on Monday morning.... Useless.
