GP practice useless - I could not see a Dr for 2 weeks, Nurse could not even call me back for 1 week. Called 111 absolutely amazing - very professional spoke to 3 operators all within 45 mins ultimately scaling up to a Dr. Help of conversations and photos, diagnosis made of a recurring illness that causes severe pain. 30 mins later medication at pharmacy, my wife pick up. First sleep in 4 days and on the mend this morning. Thank you Simon

Called Saturday morning, after being on hold for over half an hour spoke to a very nice health care assistant who assessed my needs. Which were to be seen within 2 hours. Almost 24 hours later I am still waiting for a callback! Terrible leaving people for this long with no contact.

Phoned 111 at 7.00pm… was advised that clinician would call me back. Call back received at 7.25pm. Very professional doctor called me, very thorough and caring. Advised that I needed to be seen the same night and booked me an appointment at the walk in centre for 8.50pm. I was seen prior to my appointment time and at the pharmacy collecting medication by 9.00pm. Excellent service that I cannot fault! Thank you.

Absolute waste of time. I called them with a swollen mouth, I can not get into see a dentist as they are all full. I saw an emergency dentist last week who quoted me £1000 bare in mind in a student. When I called 111 to get me in with the dental hospital in order to get the treatment the useless advisor told me a nurse would call me in 12 hours. I have pain now and am unable to eat so how does that help?! Waste of time and resources 111 is
