    I called 111 at 12:30am as I had vomited and it contained a bit of what I believed to be blood. After doing the assessment, they told me I should get a callback within 2 hours. 2:30am - Still no call so I decided to give it another hour 3:30am - I called 111 to ask for an update, they assured me I haven’t been missed and that someone will be in contact. They also told me that the time frame is what 111 recommend to GPs for a callback time. 4:30am - Still no call back so I decided to go to bed. I’ve woke up this morning at 11:30am no missed call, no voicemail, nothing. What did they say about me not being forgotten? Certainly feels like I have been. Massively let down.

    After waiting 24 hrs speak to a doctor on phone .Doctor told me to ring 111 After 40 minutes on hold spoke to someone After loads of questions they told me that they will get a doctor to ring me wow.Surely the money spent on this service would be better spent on professionals.

    Contacted 111 regarding a dental emergency. I was 31st in the queue initially. 2 hours later I got to the front - my call was answered and then disconnected. I am one very disappointed customer

    7 hours so far waiting on a call back for my 88 year old nan who is on a cold floor, in pain and unable to move. Classed as non emergancy...told it could be at least another 6 hours to wait. Been told because the belief is nothing is broken she has to wait. Its now almost midnight, she lives alone. Discussed that this is how we treat people who are in serious need.

    I suffered palpitations for several hours, I felt difficult to breathe, left side chest pain, and left hand numb. I called 111, it guided me to 999 and ambulance. The ambulance didn’t came, I got a phone call and I went to A&E by myself. The result was wait in the A&E 7 hours without see a doctor. The question is if it is not an emergency situation, what I had been guided to A&E? And if it is a emergency situation, why I had to wait 7 hours or more?

    I phoned at 8:30am in the morning and was told that I would get a call back in 2 hours, I was suffering with a continuous headache for 3 days, earache, chest infection (coughing up green phlegm) and a sore throat with a cough. I didn't get a call back, I call them 6 hours after and they said they had no recall of the first call and I had to go through my symptoms yet again. So I was advised they would put this through ASAP and I would get a call between 1-2 hours, it had been 5 hours and I called again. This time they said it is extremely busy but the nurse will call or I can go to a&e as they are open 24/7, in total I have been waiting 11 hours to speak to someone. The service is really bad, I have no trust in using this service, you would be better off going to a walk in clinic. Absolutely disgusting! NHS (No Help Service)!

    I rang 111 at 9:45pm Sunday night. I have been unwell with a respiratory infection for two weeks now and continue to get worse. I finally got some antibiotics on Friday but the side effects of the antibiotics are making me even more ill. First 48 hours I’ve experienced extreme nausea and dizziness, almost fainting in the bathroom Sunday morning. I haven’t slept in 3 days due to nausea and now my throat is starting to swell. I have told 111 all of this at 9:45. Call handler was rude and kept interrupting me, said an out of hours gp would be in touch. Midnight, haven’t heard anything so give 111 another ring, the feeling of swelling in my throat getting worse. This time the call handler goes into more detail with the information they ask for and again tell me an out of hours gp will be in touch. It is now 3:45 Monday morning and the swelling sensation continues to get worse, making me gag so many times I threw up twice and still no call. I am not well enough to drive so cannot get myself to an A&E or walk in clinic. The whole point of out of hours is an issue can’t wait until 8:30am when the doctors open again. Not a fit for purpose service If it’s going to be morning and the doctors open again before I hear anything.

    This company have replaced Devon drs. There is no improvement whatsoever. I was told a call back within 6 hours yet 12 hours later despite calling back no call. I have an infection around the orbits of both eyes that will lilely need antibiotics and I am still waiting to speak to a dr. This is not good enough. You should t have a contract for a service you cannot provide. Poor. Very poor.

    Filled in an online form for 111 at 1am and was told I'd get a call back in 2 hours. No call , so rang them- my form not been logged. Lovely call handler asked me the same questions and did listen, but again, wait for another call. This next call is pointless- you just answer the same question for the 3rd time and get told to wait again for a call. That came at 5am and while he was nice it didnt really address my concerns. Money would be much better spent on proper clinical support. No wonder A &E departments are struggling. Wont bother to use 111 again
