From arrival to departure, the team were professional, courteous and welcoming. The environment was clean and odour free. The practice was easy to locate and ample free parking available.

Had an MRI and the staff could not have been friendlier or more professional. Everything was explained carefully and I was treated well. Results were with my GP the next day.

Professional and courteous staff and Health Professionals. I would gladly recommend this practice. The practice was close to my home address which made it easy for me to get there.

The communication from the start was excellent. I was kept informed and reminded right up until the MRI date. The clinic is very clean, quiet and cosy. The receptionists are very friendly and approachable. The technician doing the MRI went over all the details again and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. There is a panic button if needed, you are provided with ear plugs and headphones and before each scan it tells you how long it’s going to be, so if you’re nervous it’s a great relief. Would definitely recommend as it was a lovely experience and not at all scary.

The practice sent regular updates by text, it was a quick and efficient appointment. The ultrasound person was professional and thorough.

I attended my ultrasound scan with worry as I was unsure of my problem. ( my appt had been brought forward that day, which was very handy) the sonographer was very friendly and explained everything that she was going to do. As the scan was being done I was informed of what she had found. I came away much happier, knowing what I would be speaking to my doctor about. The clinic was very clean, bright and cheery as were the staff. Thank you

I was very well informed of what would happen before and what was happening all the way through the treatment. Told what side effects to watch out for and who to contact in the event of experiencing any of the possible side effects. I couldn’t fault any part of my treatment.
