I went for my ultrasound scan They listened attentively to my concerns and The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit

I was nervous to have this scan, but on arriving at the Scan Mobile Unit I was completely made at ease. The process was fully explained, even about feeling slightly uncomfortable and I was reassured that every effort would be made to calm my fears . I couldn't thank the unit staff enough for their care

Recently had an ultrasound scan at Wallingford hospital Oxford. My appointment was made very quickly and I was seen on time lovely staff and excellent service thank you.

The staff are friendly, well informative and professional. I don’t know what to expect because it was my first time. I did not wait fir long. When the staff meet me in the lobby he was polite and introduced his name, give all the details and what should I do and even though I submitted the medical questionnaire he still asked me ti make sure are all through. When I went inside he makes sure I was comfortable and what to do if I wasn’t or anything bad happened. They are really professionals. Highly recommended to everyone who needs any MRI procedures.

This practice was outstanding in terms of staff service, kindness and facilities. The receptionist and technicians were extremely kind, professional and reassuring. It was my first time getting an MRI and it was simply fantastic. Thank you for using their services!

Treated with respect and dignity having an ultrasound. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spoke to me through the procedure and this helped me from getting anxious.

I attended the Healthshare centre in Ilford Exchange. The staff were very kind and polite. They made the scanning experience seamless and they listened to my problems with patience and made sure the scan covered the problem area. Thank you very much.

Went for an ultrasound scan on 29th August. The staff were lovely and very efficient. Both were so kind and considerate. This was a better experience than one I had a number of years ago at a different clinic. Could not fault in any manner. Would highly recommend.
