I have been referred, by my NHS GP, several times now for osteoarthritis steroid injections. On each occasion the booking process was efficient and quick. The clinics are held timely and reasonably locally, if you drive/can be driven, and are suitable for purpose. The clinicians are all very professional, knowledgeable, informative and personable. Healthshare is a superb service.

Arrived to a large Free car park. Was politely greeted at reception and sat in the waiting area with my completed questionnaire. Was called about 3 minutes later and went through the questionnaire and was asked questions to make sure all was clear. All personal effects was locked away and I took the key with me. Shown into the MRI suite and got scanned ( approximately 25 minutes for me). Clear instructions throughout the scan so no surprises. When finished was shown back to my personal items. Picked them up and I was out. Good job all round. Well done to all.

Was well looked after staff very nice and very friendly, it's in a great location and parking is very easy beats going to King George's hospital recomend to anybody, very happy

My appointment was verified and I was directed to my appointment within a couple of minutes. Staff were friendly and respectful and I was seen almost on the dot of my appointment.

The physiotherapist was amazing so helpful the last one I saw she is getting me appointment for MRI for my knee . And one of the receptionist was friendly and helpful
