    I had an appointment with a young physio consultant from the MSK team in The Howard Venue, Hextable. He was thorough, took time to listen to me & answer my questions. Explain my condition & give me a realistic recovery time. Examine me & give me some very important advice about the medication that I had been prescribed. He explained the next steps in my recovery. Excellent service, thank you.

    Very efficient, made me feel comfortable and at ease. Lovely and friendly service. When I called to make the appointment via my referral I was offered an appointment the following day, I wasn’t kept waiting and the two ladies who helped me made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

    Excellent and speedy service. The initial telephone contact was done by a pleasant and efficient person who was very clear and helpful. At the clinic the assistant at the scan was pleasant although the person who carried out the scan made no communication either before or after the procedure.

    I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving for my appointment. I was dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner. It was in a very convenient location and made the whole experience much better than having to travel to a mai n hospital. Would be happy to attend this Clinic again

    Was feeling a little nervous about MRI but felt reassured by helpful staff who made sure I was comfortable gave me a panic button in case I had any issues. Thankfully all went well.

    I recently had an ultrasound scan and was treated with respect and care. I was also kept informed what was happening. I am a very nervous patient and am 81 years old but felt comfortable and reassured

    Wembley centre for health and care. The staff was professional, friendly and caring and they explain the procedures in simple terms. The minute you arrive they greet you and they go through the procedures with care and dignity. Very please with their services.
