    After waiting 3+ hours on the phone for an appointment after successful referral, I was told 25 mins before the appointment that is has to be cancelled because they don't have the staff. At this point in time, I was in a taxi on route. I just gave up. If I wanted to be seen, it would be another 3 hours on the phone and two or more months for an appointment - with no guarantee that it would go ahead.

We strive to deliver the very best care at all times, so we are disappointed that we have not achieved this. We would however, like to apologise for your recent experience of trying to get an appointment and then the cancellation, we do understand how frustrating this must have been for you. Clinics are only cancelled, and appointments changed as a last option if a clinician is unwell or has to take unplanned leave and there is no appropriate clinician to cover the clinic. We are keen to learn from all feedback that we receive from our patients, and we would like to be able to look into this further for you.     My ultrasound appointment was arranged swiftly after referral from my GP. When I arrived at the clinic I was seen immediately & I was treated in a dignified & professional manner, by very caring staff.

    The place is actually a very fancy marble and glass country club and golf course, so on arrival one wonders whether one has actually turned up to the right place - normal NHS patients might find if all a bit weird, but the service was quick and efficient

    Staff was very polite and helpful throughout the procedure, process was started soon I stepped in the facility, staff explained about the duration and procedure of the scan and even during the scan they asked me if I am okay to continue, overall brilliant staff and experience.

    It was a lovely setting , I didn’t feel like I was in a medical setting . It made the experience for my mri a lot more relaxing . Great having your own changing room which you can lock and take the key with you when you go for your scan .
