I had been sent to this private clinic for an MRI on my lower back and sacral. The overall experience was excellent and the doctors and specialists were very friendly and professional. I have incontinence and informed the doctor that i was wearing a nappy during the scan incase it affected the results of the scan. He informed me it wouldn’t and I wasn’t made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed to ask. Everything went smoothly and on time. Everyone was nice and friendly including the reception staff. A well run clinic.

Absolutely lovely members of staff. Cared to my needs and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my time in the MRI tunnel.

Very professional and friendly service from the physio at Old Rd West, Gravesend surgery. Parking in front of the surgery made it easy. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I left the surgery feeling happy with the service.

Attended for ultra sound at Broad Street medical centre. The 2 female staff were pleasant, patient and caring. The lady who performed my scan explained exactly what was being done and ensured I felt comfortable at all times. The nurse made sure I was covered and not feeling exposed.

Polite, friendly and welcoming staff members. Was seen to straight away and was seen quickly even though I was 30-40 minutes early for my appointment normally I'd be waiting for my appointment time and a lot of the times 20 minutes over my appointment time.

I attended an ultrasound appointment at Sawston Medical Practice in July 2024. The Sonographer and her lady assistant provided a very considerate, efficient and professional service.

The ladies were very respectful and professional. They kept me informed of my appointment and when they had a cancellation, they called me to know if I was willing to take the space. Apart from the size of the little office space, it was generally a good experience.
