    Still haven't had results 6 weeks later. Unacceptable service. Been left worrying with no updates or contact from GP. Still waiting after 2 months for a scan referral

    From entering the practice, to having my procedure, and leaving, i was greeted in a polite, friendly, professional manner. Practice is a comfortable environment which puts you at ease. At no time did I feel rushed, and everything was explained to me about my scan. Thank you

    Good communication, nice reception, appointment was on time. Whole experience was surprisingly good. Received text from my doctors to arrange post MRI appointment 24 hrs later. All very efficient

    I had MRI done of both my shoulders It was all done very well, with minimum discomfort. And the experience … a good day at the NHS !! All the Staff from Reception to the MRI Room were Great ! Friendly engaging helpful informative efficient professional Parking great Coffee nice Thank you

    Was greeted by a very friendly member of staff at reception and directed to a nice waiting area. Appointment was very prompt and again lovely members of staff made my visit comfortable and made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend this service.

    As always when I visit the staff are polite helpful and professional. During my procedure i was made to feel comfortable and relaxed all of the time. On this visit I became a little unwell and was seen by medical staff straight away. They took me to a side room and did some checks on me very speedily. After being checked over I was allowed to leave. The staff here are fantastic

    I visited Healthshare clinic for a scan The Receptionist was smartly dressed and very polite and welcoming The waiting room was comfortable with relaxing surroundings The nurse and sonographer were kind caring and very reassuring as I was anxious I enjoyed a complimentary coffee after my scan

    I have had pins and needles in my arm and hand ever since my physio My neck and hip are always much worse after any physio session I think I may have a trapped nerve in my neck as the pain radiates down my arm .
