The staff were all excellent and extremely professional. They were friendly and informative. I felt comfortable and at ease. One problem was the parking. The designated parking spaces for the Eye Clinic were all full so we had to park on the grass.

I really can’t thank CHEC enough. From the lovely staff on the phones to the doctor carrying out the procedure - you’re all brilliant. My eyesight is so much better now. Thank you all very very much.

I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone who needs it. From the initial phone consultation it was clear what would happen. I received an email giving me the booking options. By being mobile, I was able to book for the following day. The experience was really good. Friendly, efficient staff.

Who books 9am appointments when the Dr doesn’t start until 10am and then stuck in traffic! I actually felt for the receptionist trying to deal with it and she was very friendly and helpful. When people take time out of work for a 9am appt, you don’t expect to still be sitting in waiting room at 10am and the Dr still not arrived. Terrible.

Made to feel at ease from the start, even with my useless veins! The procedure was explained fully, and I was reassured throughout. I was attended to the whole time.

What a wonderful clinic - professional and caring staff - had cataract op on my right eye late January followed by the operation on my left eye in Marxh. The appointments for the initial consultation, followed by the two operations were offered within days With optional dates. A super competent team. Thank you All.

From the start of my appointments to having my cataracts removed I could not ask for better treatment, every single member of staff have been helpful accommodating when I preferred a certain day for my cateract removing , they explained every step of the way and helped me to relax and feel confident. it's been a lovely experience with perfect results

I have been very impressed with CHEC, Nottingham. 5 weeks after being referred by my Optician I have had cataracts removed from both eyes and can see really well. At the last moment the Consultant suggested I have a lower prescription in one eye this has meant I can read and see in the distance which is amazing. I think this should be explored earlier as I wasn’t aware I could have a different lens in each eye. The procedure was very straightforward and efficient, I had both eyes done and it took 30 minutes so the whole experience took 1 hour 20 minutes which is amazing. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. I am very grateful.
