Really Disappointed. Read all the other reviews and so thought Ascenti would be a great place to get Physio. I booked my appointment about 10/11 days ago and have just received an email, 30 mins before my appointment, saying it’s been cancelled with no reason or other information. So I’m back to square one, still in pain, and having to wait at least another few weeks. (Edit: after finally reaching Ascenti, I’m told this is due to Staff Sickness and so more acceptable) When you book an appointment with Ascenti, you’re invited to download their ‘app’ which is unfortunately, not the best. It doesn’t seem to have any interactive content or even give you the questionnaire you’re supposed to complete pre-appointment….It is just a series of outdated PDFs. I tried to contact the support team about the app not working and, after an initial response to confirm my details, never received an answer or any further comms. My second appointment which was booked after my initial one was also cancelled last minute (this time about 2 hours before). Will definitely not be using Ascenti and highly recommend everyone find another option if you don't want to be kept waiting for weeks and months on end. So frustrating.

Expertly carried out treatment and very noligable,easy to arrange appointments also as my treatment was carried out at my local health centre.

Whilst on this occasion I received no treatment, the consultation process was very thorough, and I was referred back to the GP service for additional consultation.

Physiotherapist was interested and helpful, time span between appointments was extensive, app on phone was OK.

I was shown exercises I could do at home. After 2 sessions I decided that was enough. Frozen shoulder. Slowly getting better.

From the beginning this experience has been of the highest standard and helped me to recover mobility. I am continuing with the exercises because they are doing so much good.

I was referred for physio after falling and hurting my shoulder. I was seen within a week. The physiotherapist was very good and after six weeks I am pain free. I was given exercises to do, which she went through and then put on an app so I could see videos of them.

My physiotherapist was excellent. He considered the injury and gave careful thought to the best treatment. I was not given any exercise beyond my capabilties and was encouraged to only do what I was able.
