Review titled Excellent support
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Stephanie Savage - Posted on 19 October 2023
I was admitted to Swan Ward early in the morning for my waters breaking a month early. From admittance to discharge (after an emergency c-section) staff were first-class, supportive, kind, knowledgeable & empathetic. What could have been a traumatic experience was actually very calm & I felt like I was in excellent hands . My baby spent a week in SCBU & the wonderful nurses there were so reassuring while also being professional & caring. I can't rate them highly enough.

Review titled Exceedingly high standard of care
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I attended Helen Clark suite this week October 2023. My GP referral came through in one week. The unit was a welcoming environment, caring, compassionate and efficient. A consultation, mammogram and ultra sound was completed within and hour and half, with an immediate result. In my case all good. All of the staff from the receptionists, nurses, radiology mammogram and ultra sound were excellent. They all made me feel relaxed and comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend Helen Clark Suite highly and would give 10 out of 10.

I was brought in to A&E by ambulance and every stage was dealt with by willing, friendly and competent staff. My wounds were cleaned and sealed with glue. Advice was comprehensive and I left with confidence that healing would be complete and satisfactory in due time. Thank you.

Review titled I can not state how highly I rate this whole experience
by Flight - Posted on 05 October 2023
I had occasion to visit Warwick hospital A&E last week and was treated with nothing but kindness, respect, efficiency and support. I was admitted to Willoughby Ward Bay C and had an appendectomy the next day. The very the same qualities were displayed by every single member of staff that I encountered on that ward. Staff never stopped working but did it with pride and still had time to be caring and went over and above to be helpful. I can not state how highly I rate this whole experience. Whatever you are doing at Warwick, you are doing it right. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Review titled Fantastic caring and compassionate staff
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Amy Paull - Posted on 14 September 2024
It’s hard to believe that a year has passed since I was admitted to Swan Ward at Warwick Hospital, preparing to welcome my beautiful baby girl. Reflecting on that time, I’m filled with gratitude for the incredible care and support I received from all of you during such a challenging period. Your compassion and understanding, especially in light of the mental health issues I was facing, made an immeasurable difference. You not only looked after my physical well-being but provided me with emotional reassurance that made me feel truly cared for. Thank you to all the staff who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and supported every step of the way-there are too many names to mention. Your kindness and professionalism meant so much to me. Each of you contributed to making a deeply emotional and complex experience feel more manageable, and I will forever be grateful for the role you played in bringing my daughter safely into the world. With heartfelt thanks,

Review titled Neurology

I have had my appointment cancelled/postponed about 3 or 4 times now so I have been waiting for about a year and a half (possibly more). No explanation ever given. I had to pay to see a private neurologist last November! I know the NHS is busy but this is ridiculous. Very poor treatment of patients who have worries over their health.

As a retired nurse with 35 years experience i have seen all kinds of good and not so good hospitals. So i was amazed at warwick hospital being the kind of hospital that eceryone deserves. Every member of staff is a credit to you and the nhs. How a hospital should be. Faultless.

I was admitted to this ward on he 12th after being sent home on the 11th due to symptoms and results getting worse - the strike was on and then ladies and gents of the ward were great - always in good sprits - always attentive - just nice group of people across the few days i was in… Just wanted to let them know how greatful i am for looking after me and all the other ladies and gents on the ward… They do a fantastic job under pressure most of the time dealing with all sorts and they all do it well
