Review titled Amazing physiotherapists helped a collapsed woman

Two physiotherapists stopped on the middle of the road to help an elderly woman who had collapsed. They then stayed with her, made sure she was warm enough and then co-ordinated others to move the fallen woman to a wheelchair. One physiotherapist voluntary sat on the muddy wet ground so that the elderly woman could rest her head on something dry. Both were absolutely amazing, but unfortunately I didn’t grab their names. Absolutely amazing young girls, who showed the true spirit of the nhs.

I have just completed a 4 month course of CBT for chronic insomnia which I believe has rendered very positive results. I have been guided through this process by Occupational Therapist who at all times was professional & supportive . I have now established a sleep routine , falling asleep quickly & usually getting over 6 hours sleep per night. Although suffering from insomnia for most of my adult life moving countries last year had aggravated the problem. I have also reduced my medication by 50% and look forward to being able to maintain this much improved sleep regime. Thank you to Insomnia Service team

Very understanding to the situation and suggested several courses of actions to help overcome the problem. I tried to follow the suggestions as best I could and my sleep pattern certainly improved. I am very grateful for the help I have received. No one judged me and when I had a blip were very understanding and did not judge. I would certainly recommend this service to anyone struggling to get a “ good “ nights sleep. It takes time and you cannot expect instant results, keep following the regime suggested and sleep will improve.

Very anxious patient in for first ever operation. Very friendly staff in the Day Surgery Unit and Opthalmic Team helped me feel more at ease. In particular the anethetist was extremely reassuring and friendly and went out of his way to spend time checking on me. Thank you all very much for all of your high quality of care and willingness to go the extra mile which made for a less stressful experience and less discomfort than expected. An extremely satisfied (and relieved) customer!

I have been a guest of the EAU and Albury Ward. Without exception everyone is thoroughly professional, friendly and caring. It means that I am relaxed and my stay is stress free. If I do have to be an inpatient of a hospital I cannot think of a better place to be than the Royal Surrey.

I was admitted having had a major trauma which resulting in 3 broken vetebrae. I wanted to say thank you to the outstanding care and compassion I recieved from my nurse, despite them being rushed off their feet and caring for many patients!

Absolutely fantastic experience - arrived 15mins early, greeted by excellent volunteer - and immediately shown in for my X ray. Kind and charming radiologist...one could not ask for better service. Thank you.

My treatment for insomnia at the sleep clinic was a very positive experience. My therapist gave me lots of good advice, and was very patient and kind throughout the whole process.
