    Refered by GP to Dermatology Dept, Broomfield Hosp because of possible cancerous growth on hand. Seen @ out patients 2/9/2033 & told biopsy required & I would be contacted within 2 weeks with an appointment for that. No contact since, now 25/9/2023 of Sept. Search on NHS & Broomfield websites via Google shows, 'No contact information available.' What do I do now?

    I had to go to A&E suffering from a TIA and the treatment I received was 1st class. Within 2 hours of arriving I had been assessed by doctors, had 2 scans a blood test an ecg and an eye test and was admitted to the stroke ward for further tests and observations. During the 24 hours that I was on the ward I was treated with the utmost care by the nurses and doctors there, also I observed the kindness, care and patience that was given to the other patients and visitors on the ward by all the nurses on duty. Thank you all for your treatment and kindness.

    Went toAE was seen and admitted on yo acute care ward where I revived the same great care from all staff Staff in AE are very busy but very carding can not praise Brookfield enough The only thing that needs improving is getting the medication up to the ward on discharge so the bed could become free for someone else ABig thank you

    I was taken into a&e on Saturday evening. The service I received was fantastic, seen timely, informed by doctors all throughout the plan, I had recent heart surgery and had post surgery complications which were diagnosed quickly and treatment started. I was able to be discharged the following day with a forward plan in place, I and family felt listened to, respected and felt confident and reassured with my treatment plan, Thankyou to all staff involved, nurses, doctors , porters etc

  5. Review titled First class service

    I was very nervous to have a colonoscopy, but the service I received from the Colonospocist, doctors and nurses was second to none. They were very professional, caring, welcoming and kept me very well informed, through the whole process. The hospital was exceptionally clean too. However, the phone communication is not good, which is a great shame, but I would recommend Broomfield Hospital. Thank you to all the staff.

    All the staff at the st andrews department plastic surgery are all very nice and caring. Had to stay for 1 night i was worried about staying in hospital but it was not that bad and its very clean.

    My daughter was brought to A & E was taken in straight away as she was in so much pain, she was absolutely petrified as this was the first time she had to stay overnight, your staff were amazing not for one minute did they leave her was so caring explained everything that was happening, thank you so muchA&E & Rayne ward keep up the good work it's all about caring and I understanding that not everyone are the same thank you so much

    Staff constantly promised paperwork and discharge letter, 10 mins, from a few seconds to an hour. Two and a half hours later still no meds or letter. Then told nurse had just gone down for meds, then blamed pharmacy for delay which was false. Basically they were incapable of being truthful. Also blamed delay on the fact they had 20 patients to deal with. Oh surprise - this is a hospital ward and it has patients!

    App booked for a tc at 11am today. No one has called and every time I have called urology it continuously rings (left it for over an hour!!) disgraceful service ! Especially when patients are worried about the call they were supposed to receive
