Hi I'd like to forward my thanks to the incredible midwife team at Lister. I had a planned home birth with the lister midwife team and received the most wonderful care. They were attentive, caring and made me feel completely at ease. Huge thank you to the team for giving me the most wonderful birth experience. I have had 1 midwife for my prenatal appointments and she has been particularly wonderful throughout. 2 midwives were present for the birth and I feel like they instinctively knew exactly what I needed and worked incredibly well together. I know they are all under immense pressure with work load so I hope this gives the morale boost they need.

We brought my mother in law into A&E following a GP referral. Despite the department being absolutely manic, my mother in law was triaged within two hours. She was given pain relief, iv fluids and had a CT scan within four hours. The care and compassion that was shown to her throughout her visit was amazing. My family and I are very grateful and would like to thank the A&E staff that were on duty on Friday 14th October between the hours of 3:00pm - 11pm. Please pass on this message. Waited over an hour upon arrival just to be seen. Extremely awful waiting times. Do not recommend at all, I'd rather suffer with my illness than sit there!

My young child had a lump on his leg. He was sent for a scan. I cannot fault how thorough the staff were and how nice they to him. Thank you for making my young child feel at ease and comfortable.

Had an infected and swollen ear, and I couldn’t hear for 2 days, went to emergency services in Lister Hospital and had to wait for almost 2 hours just to be told they couldn’t check anything due to earwax blocking, and charged me £100 consulting fee for a covid test and 5 minute speaking session Had to get treatment at other places afterwards, this place is absolutely shambles and a rip off

My child was in Bluebell Ward for two days and I was very impressed by the care. The team were helpful and informative and did their due diligence when it came to finding out what was wrong.

I was referred to Urology after a high prostate reading. The service I received was first class, communication was great and tests done fast and followed up quickly.

After being told by gp to take my just over 2 week old baby to a&e after her not feeding because of a blocked nose they was brilliant with her and us staying in over night to just monitor her temperature as was going up and then finding out it was covid they was brilliant looking after us could fault them in anyway

Needed to find out the time of an appt after given 2 seperate ones for a family member. Can not get any one to answer their phones called 3 different ones and all had answering machines on and none got back to me ! you wonder why you have DNAs!!!!
