    I was referred to Foot and Ankle Orthopaedics by my GP in 2020, 2021, and then followed up where my GP referred me again in August 2023. After a 3 1/2, nearly 4 year wait, I still have not had an initial NHS consult despite making a formal complaint to CQC in April 2021 about the malunion fracture having initially been missed in Addenbrookes A&E (sent to Urgent Treatment Centre without xray or examination) on 14 April 2020. My last followup was in November 2023 when I confirmed that I still needed that NHS appointment: that NHS appointment never happened. I note the wait is listed as 53 weeks - but April 2020 to February 2024, is ballpark, 4x50, ie 200 weeks.

    Absolutely incredible. I cant sing the staffs praises highly enough nor the medical care received. Despite challenging times I received the best care. Every single member of staff was kind, caring and exceptionally capable. Thank so much for for being there when I needed.

    Referred to A&E by 111. Seen by a number of professionals.Everyone was very kind and thorough. Left with an ongoing plan. Total length of time at the hospital was around 4 hours. Cannot fault them.

    I visited A and E with my 91 year old mum, absolutely everyone we met was lovely, smily and went above and beyond! We were seen incredibly quickly and efficiently, - a special shout out to the girls in the blood dept who made my mum very comfy, even tucking her up with a blanket. You would not have known the dept was under incredible pressure but what a difference your collective positive attitude made to my mum's experience.

    I was admitted in a ambulance and from Aand e,Ward n2,c7 and dispach lounge l ws treated brilliantly. Every one l encountered were lovely even under extreme violence and racism from other patients. The only improvement lcan suggest would bea notice in the dispatch lounge saying it takes several hours toget your doctors letter and drugs. Thanks Peter

    Attended PET CT Scan department very friendly staff , speedy process. Was in and out before taxi was parked up. Now waiting for appointment with Respiratory clinic. The experience has made me less nervous for future appointments. Thank you

    Excellent care when a room finally available for me. Long waiting period prior to being transferred to Room with no updates given. Moved 4 times. Stayed in different Ward twice Staff kind and caring Finally to Theatre Suite with greeting from Surgeon. Operation went well

    I was referred at Addenbrooke’s Dermatology Clinic in 2020 . After a very long wait I was finally seen in November 2021 . The doctor who saw me , said I will have a review appointment after a year in November 2022 . It’s now June 2023 and still didn’t receive an appointment. I called them twice and both times they said that my Gp needs to write to them again saying that my symptoms got worse and to asked to be seen faster. My Gp said this is ridiculous and they should see me. When I called the hospital again they said I am now on a non-emergency list and I’ll have to wait . I already waited a year and 8 months and this is unacceptable.

    Excellent service! My best wishes to doctors and nurses who treatment me. Attentive doctors and staff. Comfortable beds ,clean,all my sheets were changed every day. I was be able to select a meal from menu.And I had a shower every day. Thank you very much.I wish all health and peace.
