    Im a new patient who was contacted by the Asthma Nurse to have an assessment. It all went very well and I left with a good feeling about this medical practice.

    I have just joined this practice and was amazed how quickly they answered the phone and then how polite, helpful, informative and efficient the staff were. I was delighted.

    I left a triage message just after 8am today on Whiteacres website and received a call about five minutes later. The GP, to whom I spoke, was very reassuring but made me an appointment to see him later in the morning. After a comprehensive check over he answered all my questions with knowledge, compassion and clarity. A follow on telephone appointment was made to determine how things are progressing. I cannot speak highly enough of the GP I saw and the way in which I have been dealt with at Whiteacres. Huge thanks.

    My gp appointment today was with a doctor who was fully informed of my situation, explained clearly how things may turn out and had great empathy. Kind, seamless and proactive is how I would describe the Whiteacres team.

    I submitted an online form last week and within five hours was seen by a friendly GP. He swiftly diagnosed my condition, sent a prescription request and within one hour I collected the medication. We are fortunate to have a medical centre with high standards and efficiency .

    I completed my triage form at 8 am And revived a call just 25 mins later . It’s nice to know the team that review the forms can see when an urgent response is appropriate!

    I attended with a hiatus hernia which was causing me great distress and threatened my livelihood - symptoms like mine are estimated to affect 1 in 10 people in the UK. The female doctor, acknowledged that she had not heard of the Iqoro device that is a root cause solution but was interested, looked it up and saw it's usefulness. She, herself was taking medication for a similar problem. She was patient and interested & there was good eye contact - which is not always the case with doctors. I subsequently discovered, that other doctors at Whiteacres did know about the device and had prescribed it, although I was initially, refused. I felt that this doctor would have liked to know about this device as a root cause solution to help many of her patients. I was impressed but hope that the constraints of poor policy making does not hinder her good intentions for her part in providing a purposeful health service. Thank you.

    My GP is outstanding and her interpersonal skills and ability to relate to the patient is exemplary. The online triage system works well and GP and other members’ of staff followed up on my recent requirements. I have been very impressed when I requested my test results, referral letters etc and staff telephoning to explain when they would be available. The face-to-face appointment was timely

    One morning, at about 08.30, I submitted an online form concerning a health problem. Within three minutes, I received a text offering me a face to face appointment that afternoon and I selected from the doctors available ( there were several) the doctor I knew best. I attended, was seen, diagnosed and treated, all with great charm, courtesy and good humour. The Practice has devised a system which works and deserves to be highly commended as do the professionals who work there. It is heartening to feel that one’s is in safe and caring hands.
