    Husband and wife attending for Covid and flu jabs yesterday, Saturday. Very well organised, no long queues, friendly staff pleasant atmosphere, questions answered clearly, efficient and quick. Thank you.

    I have struggled with doctors for years. I recently had my first appointment with a doctor from the practice who really took the time to understand my needs, he was very informative. I now feel ready to start seeking treatment for my condition.

    I have been with Whiteacres for many years but have not had to use the online triage service before. Once I had located the form on the website I received a phone call followed by a face to face consultation with a Doctor within a few hours. Very happy with the service and advice received. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the triage form easier to find on the website which could help elderly or less able to access. Thanks

    I moved to Whiteacres a couple of years ago, following a house move from Worcester. In this time, I have had several consultations with GP’s and nurses, most recently two visits in July 2024. Overall, I have found the service provided to be very good. The online triage service works for me, albeit I do understand that some people may find it difficult to use, especially the elderly without ready access to IT. The doctors at Whiteacres always seem to want to do their best to help, and other staff are friendly and helpful. I am very happy being registered as a patient here, and would recommend it to others. Well done Whiteacres.

    The surgery is really efficient with the triage system. So grateful to the GP I saw recently who identified the source of my pain and for the medication prescribed. Also grateful for the follow up appointment from the same GP, to check on my pain situation, and to the nurse who took my bloods to be tested. Many thanks to the surgery.

    I was very impressed by the nurse taking bloods,i was seen within two minutes of my arrival and she was very helpful. However when I needed to see a doctor it's another story. One of the receptionists was most unhelpful when my wife needed urgent information on my son having had blood taken in A&E a few days earlier.

All appointments for doctors get processed through our triage system and I'm sorry this doesn't seem have worked well for you on this occasion. I assure you that we review this on a daily basis and are constantly trying to increase timely access to our services.     Me and my husband have each seen two GPs recently and both were extremely helpful, nice, understanding, patient, inclusive of our healthy-demanding-for-attention-four-year-old who has to be in on the act while we’re trying to discuss things with the doctor!, and have dealt with our illness (pneumonia it turned out) effectively. We hadn’t used a triage system to see a GP before and thought it would be a problem but not at all, quite the opposite. We’ve been able to explain our symptoms calmly and in our own time and someone came back to us in a timely manner each time. Very happy and glad we’re signed up with Whiteacres - thank you everyone there!
