    I was recently very concerned by my husband's health so econsulted the practice. An hour later I had a call to take him in for an appointment first thing the following morning. The doctor was extremely thorough and quickly made changes to my husband's medication, having spotted hypothyroidism. I was very grateful for his expertise, swift action, care and attention

    Today (my husband called on behalf of me to ask about my medication which has been taken of my repeated medication without letting me know)..he asked the person who answered the phone to make an appointment for me with one of the gp but she/he suggested one of the nurses which I don’t want to meet, she/he refused to make any appointments unless with this specific person, so I talked to her/him I was shocked, she/he asked me (why your husband is calling for you) is it her/his job to know why and when I asked for an appointment with one of the Gp she/he hang up on me!!!! Is this the way you supposed to help your patients! I have many issues to deal with, don’t need extra stress to be added to my life. She/he was rude, doesn’t want to help just forcing me to accept what she/he is suggesting..which I have the right to accept or not. My call was at 10:35 today you can go back to the call and check the way the reception person answered our request. (I have declared many time to this team through written note that I need my husband to call on my behalf)

    When I called for an appointment they were able to get me one within a week which is very quick. Doctor that saw me was brilliant

    On two separate occasions, I have been left short of regular medication. 1 I ordered a repeat prescription online, it was noted and confirmed but practice failed repeatedly to send to the pharmacy. 2 I was told a nurse review required for second repeat prescription, and was given a telephone 'appointment' 10 days ahead after an hour on hold. The appointment was a 5 hour window during which nurse could call at any time. When she called, the review required an attendance. Meaning now short of that medication.

    The team at the practice are amazing. Always offered an appointment when needed. Very efficient, timely response's with easy accessibility. Overall 10/10 in my recent experience. Thank you everyone!

    My husband and I have been with this practice for almost 16 years and it is one of the best in London. The doctors are excellent and professional. Thus far, I have not had any problem with getting to see a doctor. At my great age, I am glad to be with a practice that I feel will take care of me.

    I've been called for appointment based on my earlier submission online. I'd been sceptical about filling a form online about my health issues and hoping anyone would come back to me with any respond, but they did. I was booked to my doctor this week. Excellent service. Nice people.
