    I visited this practice today after finding a worrying lump. I filled in the e-consult in the morning and received an appointment for the same afternoon. The doctor I saw was reassuring and kind - absolutely the kind of service that was needed at the time. She listened to my concerns and dealt with the issue professionally but with kind consideration that really made a worrying experience so much better.

    Although Staff have been polite and professional, I fail to understand why it is so difficult to make an appointment more than a week in advance. Those that work, often cannot attend with such short notice, and call wait-times have been between 45-70 minutes. This needs to change, otherwise acute problems will develop into chronic or severe conditions, costing the NHS more in the long run.

    Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I am sorry you feel it is taking too long to provide patient access. Primary care in general is experiencing. GP appointment demand is currently outstripping capacity in many surgeries however we are currently recruiting more reception and clinical staff to help with this. The use of e-consult is helpful and these are utilised by clinical staff on a daily basis. Please do not hesitate to contact one of the Practice Managers should you require any further help.     This practice are so responsive - with a fantastic triage system and will be especially helpful in finding an appointment for my children if ever they need to see a doctor

    I tend to avoid going to the doctor unless I really, really need to. Recently I had a cold. No problem, I can handle that with over the counter meds. But after a week of my cold and sore throat getting worse, I also ended up with an ear infection. At this point I knew that I probably needed antibiotics. I called Wentworth Medical Practice, expecting to be told that I could have an appointment in a week or two and really just planning on suffering until then. I was told, and I quote, 'No darling, this is urgent.' I nearly cried. Within the hour I had antibiotics and was on the mend. Big, huge thank you to the wonderful people at Wentworth!!!

    No words can adequately express how angry I am with the service provided by Wentworth Medical Group, which includes the Finchley and Hendon branches and is also known as Audley Medical Practice. If it were possible, I would give them a rating of 0 stars. I've called Wentworth several times to attempt to make an appointment at the precise moment it opens, and each time I've been told that, for instance, my appointment is at 12pm, I patiently wait hours and postpone plans to wait for a call from the doctor, but there has never been a response. I'm furious and appalled at the service at this repulsive establishment. I've called multiple times and waited while listening to that repulsive melody for 20 minutes for them to finally pick up and hang up on me; when they do, they answer obnoxiously. The staff here is incompetent and needs to be thoroughly reviewed by the NHS. It's almost like they are taught to be obnoxious!

    Almost impossible to see a doctor when you need it and the staff is usually unhelpful. I am currently over the phone waiting for someone to answer my call, I have been waiting for more than 40 minutes as the online consultation is not working which happens very often. Once you fill the online consolation, there is a message saying someone will contact you within 48 hours but that rarely happens and you end up have a phone appointment with the doctors few days after. The only positive from the practice are the doctors, always good and keen to help you (if you are lucky to see one!)
