    I received a GP routine appointment within reasonable time having completed the application form. My appointment was on 13 Mar 2025. Had a phone call that afternoon from QA to arrange x-ray at Petersfield on 16 Mar 2025. Now awaiting results. Very prompt service. No complaints.

    On my appointment i was very nervous getting me staples taken out the nurse resured me it would be ok.

    I cannot fault the service I am getting from this surgery. It is tire their online system is a bit strange in that you can only send messages during a certain period of time of the day but once in the system , you get follow ups, clear ways to get appointments and get updated and so on. I needed to check something and I got to send details online where I was given guidance and then eventually saw a doctor who is working with me on this. Brilliant ! Keep it up

    On 20 Mar 25 I was booked into Vine GP surgery for blood test and ECG. Although not discussed at the time, I assumed it to be a follow up, along with x-ray, as a result of my appointment with GP on 13 Mar 25. I also received two reminders via text. However, the nurse did not know why I was attending and neither did I. A waste of my time and more importantly the surgery's time. Can only think it must have been human error.

    I was twice given an appointment at a surgery over a mile away when there is a surgery 5 minutes from my house. I then had a phone appointment where it was confirmed that I had diabetes for over 3 years that the surgery knew about but I had and had never been told or given medication.

Whilst we do try to accommodate requests from patients to be seen at particular surgery locations, sometimes due to the demand for appointments this isn't always possible.     My appointment for blood test was on time. Very friendly courteous and knowledgeable professional. The method of taking blood was virtually pain free.

    So I've experienced some pain in my sides for the past few months it is now travelling to my lower back and the back of my legs and it Wasn't a good interaction with the gp she basically said it's not that serious but yet the pain I've had for 7 months and she had the audacity to say it's "stress related" this is not stress related I know my body better than the GP

    Very professional and kind Doctor who took the time to listen to the symptoms. Thorough assessment. Everything explained in detail and any questions were welcomed. Felt listened, safe and reassured. Thank you Dr. Grosvenor!

    My son and myself have been coughing for over 3 weeks and it was a struggle to get an appointment to see someone. However, the receptionist over the phone was friendly and informative. She directed and helped me to use online Anima to get an appointment. When we finally managed to see a doctor. She was thoughtful, thorough and friendly to go over our symptoms and advice appropriately. I appreciate the surgery is currently busy with patients requests but I hope the situation will improve and the process is simplified soon so we could actually get help when we need them.
