Can never get an appointment, service awful. Health isn’t taken seriously. Needs to be investigated and really looked into how this surgery and care has gone so down hill. Shouldn’t be so difficult to get medical help when it’s needed. I had great difficulty in getting my appointment and still didn’t get much support or answered when I was finally seen.

For GP appointments and same-day care appointments our online system opens at 08:00 Mon-fri and closes when it reaches a safe capacity. For routine nursing team appointments such as Cervical Screenings, Blood Tests or Long term condition reviews, appointments can be requested online or over the phone. I'm also sorry to hear that you feel you didn't get much support when you did have your appointment. I went to the Stakes Lodge Surgery for my appointment with the Nurse. She was very courteus and proceeded to assess my Blood Pressure problems very professionally. She has provided a procedure and future appointment for further assessment, and to decide if I require medication to deal with my problem. I look forward to my next appointment and will endeavour to follow the procedure diligently. Thank you.

Was seen on arrival just before appointment time..reception was happy an greeted nicely ..nurse was speedy taking sample and didnt bruise me...everyone i saw was very polite was in and out in under 5 minuites...great service this day

I requested an appointment to see a GP on a Monday about digestive issues I've been having for a while. They gave me an appointment for Thursday of that week - I appreciated I could be seen reasonably quickly. The GP I saw was very attentive and friendly. After explaining my issues, I was given a comprehensive set of tests to rule out anything serious and was given a treatment plan to improve my issues in the meantime. Everything was explained to me clearly during the appointment and I felt much better about dealing with my health issue going forward.

Very hard to get a call back over many days of submitting a request to talk to a doctor about what I’m going through and feeling let alone asking to see a doctor? . Still waiting after 3 days to here when I will have a date for call back ?????

I was invited in for an appointment by the surgery. I arrived early, so as not to keep anyone waiting for me. I was eventually seen almost an hour after my appointment time. At no time during this wait were there more than 3 other people in the waiting room. I was waiting so long that I had to cancel another medical appointment. Not a good experience...

I found the doctor very pleasant and kind He was thorough and helpful I would have no problem if I had to see him again the surgery was busy but plenty of seats and not to long waiting.
