Easy to get an appointment. Very efficient. Did not have to wait too long for appointment. Doctor was pleasant and reassuring. Got a referral sorted

I had my health check booked for Friday 19th July at Forest End site. I booked it online and can still see the booking I made. I received at least 3 confirmation texts, one to say it was booked and then a reminder. The 3rd text was a reminder the day before and it was now saying the Stakes Lodge Site. Now I didn’t change it, didn’t request a change and also had to have bloods taken at said appointment. Forest End if the easiest site for me to access hence the booking. Yes I could have noticed the text reminder the day before but I just saw the text and thought “yes that’s tomorrow” now look back there we no explained to say why it was moved so when I turned up for my appointment on the 19th and they had no record of me, I though it was ME who’d made the mistake when in fact it was not so I missed my health check, my blood tests and anything else I’d have gained out of it because I was moved with no actual real warning nor reason. I wasn’t going to make it to the Stakes site in time for the appointment there. Needless to say I am extremely upset and now I need to try rebook it around work and childcare when I probably won’t be able to as I had my chance. I’d like to know why someone moved me with properly informing me. It’s unacceptable.

Practice nurse was fantastic very pleasant and professional, made me feel at ease while she was removing the stitches after my operation

It was a tad painful actually getting through to speak to someone, nearly 2 hours. Once I was through the staff were very efficient from the call handler right through to the nurse that removed my stitches.

I had a blood test which makes me very anxious, the nurse was so good with me, she used a child's needle which was much better for me. She was kind and made me feel relaxed.

I had an annual review with the nurse. Because a blood test is difficult she used a smaller needle very considerate no bruising. Very pleasant. Discussed several problems very helpful

This was for a blood test. Quick, easy and on time. The nurse was polite and careful and took time when she had difficulty getting enough blood from me. It was no trouble at all.

Went in on Friday when all systems were down , however still seen promptly by the nurse and checked in quickly at reception.

I found the staff very friendly and professional. That makes the visit even more enjoyable. I had a health check and it was thorough and I received my results very quickly, all in all I’m very happy with practice.
