Being a Type 2 Diabetic I am called in regularly for check ups, the nurses are all very pleasant and helpful cant complain at all they look after me brilliantly. thank you all.

It took me 2 weeks to see a Doctor which is poor. An XRay was arranged for 2 days later which was excellent. The Xray was returned to the practice 4 days later. The practice have now had the result of the Xray for 10 days (Ongoing) and no one has contacted me. I have contacted the surgery 3 times and have been told each time it is with the Doctor .

I contacted the surgery online first thing this morning and within five minutes they had phoned and booked me in for an appointment with a doctor the same morning. The lady doctor was professional, thorough and explained everything. The receptionist was friendly, courteous and helpful. I have been using Vine Medical for many years and whilst they have not always been good and have had poor receptionists in the past they are now brilliant. The service they provided for me today was first class.

Unable to get an urgent appointment with any GP never mind my own. I can't see how it can be so diametrically opposed that 1 patient gets a same day appoint yet I have to wait 3 weeks?

The visit was great and I felt well looked after by a true professional. I was given all the details about my visit and all my questions were answered in fully. The lady was attentive and able to give a response to everything. I left feeling happy with all my questions answered.

Received email inviting me in for a NHS Health check. Open links and able to book same day appointment, as probably a cancellation. Check completed by 2 nurses in around 10 minutes. Very professional and provided instant feedback on various checks and advised what happens next. Would recommend to anyone invite for check.

Recently, I've had to have several blood pressure checks. Last year, for the same reason, making an appointment with Vine was difficult with their system and stressful. I feared the worst this time round, but was hugely impressed and relieved that it was much simpler to do this time round. There has clearly been investment in improving the system and process and this makes a big difference.
