    Yet again, terrible service. Econsult submitted Monday morning at 8am and stressed the position I was in, it's now Friday evening and not even had a call back or any contact at all. This is not a one off occurrence happens regularly and I will be submitting this complaint through various channels.

    You can never get an appointment any more it's always full capacity . Recent incident had to take a day off work as receptionist could not rearrange appointment for another date and said Dr needed to see urgently frightening patient as thinking it was serious got to appointment and it was not serious

    I have waited months to speak with a doctor. This visit was a waste of time. The doctor just looked at his screens and read what he saw. Initially he spoke about a different visit, nothing to do with my problem. His questions were ridiculous, even referring to when I broke my hip in 2011! I finally got him to agree to refer me for physiotherapy after I pushed for it. My husband, who was with me was appalled. I found it a very disappointing experience. I hope that I won't experience anything like that again. Julie Anne Briggs

    Phoned in the morning re my problem. I was offered an appointment for later in the morning at a site readily accessible. I attended and was seen 5 minutes after my booking time which was fine. The Doctor was friendly approachable and thorough. Carefully going through all my concerns. Assessing all my history. Prescribed medicine which was delivered the next day. Very happy with the way the whole appointment was made and carried out.

    Reviewing the phlebotomy appointment is easy. Professional. Friendly. The booking was fine too, as the surgery contacted me and then provided a link to book. But the downside with the practice is you cannot get an appointment. I haven’t seen a GP in 3 years. It is so difficult to get to see a doctor at this surgery, that it’s easier not to bother. My needs are not trivial, but the process is just too stressful.

I'm sorry to hear you're finding the process to request a doctors appointment stressful. You can request a GP appointment by telephone, or via our online system Anima. Our system opens daily at 08:00 Mon-Fri, and closes once we reach a safe capacity. All requests are then clinically triaged to ensure you see the right clinician at the right time.     I arrived on time for my appointment and was called forward within five minutes. I was dealt with efficiently. I asked the nurse about arranging a further test in the future, and she said I could have it done there and then if I was happy to do that. I was and it was done, it saved me a later trip. Well done young lady!

    I attended for a phlebotomy appointment. I was called in immediately, even though I was early. The phlebotomist was polite and professional. No pain was experienced.

    ,a waste of an appointment that someone else more urgent could have used.I have dressed my dad's lymphoma legs for the past few years so was surprised to be called to book an appointment for them to be treated having explained to the person.but she carried on with the booking but booked me in twice for the same reason,(received text message reminder)so I had to pop to Stakes lodge to cancel the appointment on the Friday as I explained I had a prior appointment and it was short notice(next afternoon)I felt sorry for the nurse at the appointment as she was embarrassed and couldn't apologise enough about wasting my dad and mine time.

    I’ve had a consistently positive experience with Vine Medical Group. During my recent appointment with the diabetes nurse, I was especially impressed by how thorough and attentive she was. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. The entire staff has always been professional and welcoming. I really appreciate the level of care provided and would highly recommend Vine Medical Group to others.
