Popped in to use health hub, noticed blood pressure was high, so they booked me straight in. Saw professional and am now getting help for it. Very happy with the service I received

The nurse who gave me my monthly injection was very pleasant and helpful. My only comment is that I have to have an injection every 28 days. Due to the way the appointment system works , the nurse is unable to book me in for my next injection at the time of my appointment. It then becomes a real problem trying to book an appointment over the phone. Prior to lockdown the nurses were always able to do it.

Appointment was made online (rather than over phone, where it could have taken a 35 minute wait!! A reasonable choice of dates/times and was on time, interestingly, surgery was practically empty! Building access good, better than usual site. Nurse quite thorough although needed to ask questions as explanations not always given.

The doctor was thorough and patient. She explained what she was examlning with text and pictures. This helped me to understand and be aware of what I need to check in the future regarding moles on my body. At no time did I feel that I was beeing rushed. This sympathetic approach brings out the best results for patient and doctor.

I was very happy to (eventually, at last) see a GP based at my surgery. She was excellent and knowledgeable and I’d be very happy to recommend this specific doctor to anyone. What I’m not happy about is to have to wade through multiple barriers before obtaining an appointment at my local surgery

Thank you for leaving us your review. Your comments about the GP you saw are lovely and I will be sure to pass them on to the GP team. I'm sorry that you've had trouble obtaining an appointment. As I'm sure you're aware there is unprecedented demand for GP appointments which far outstrips the current capacity of Primary Care. This does mean that we are currently having to cap the number of requests that come through our online system. We are hoping to move to a different provider for our online system later this year to make the process of requesting an appointment easier for patients. Kind Regards, Vine Medical Group

I've been undergoing tests for the last year and have had the same doctor throughout the process, which has been really helpful as I havent had to explain everything over again. My recent appointment was great my doctor explained the next stages and sent me all the appointments while still in the room. Very kind and helpful doctor.
