    I completed an e-consult and within 2 weeks I have had an X-ray, a f2f appointment a referral to orthopaedics, drop in a poo sample and have a blood test booked all within 2 weeks.

    Although I had my holiday vaccinations in a friendly manner. Trying get any sort of appointment is very difficult. I work and to try and get to make an appointment online at wpm is impossible, I brought this up with the receptionist upon leaving and got a negative answer. ie keep trying sorry can't do anything about it. Get someone to do it for you. Unhelpful as I've been trying for mths to make appointment to see a doctor.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We absolutely take your feedback on board and are working in the background to try and improve our systems. Currently our reception team are limited by our current processes, but we hope to be making improvements in the near future.     My complaint is regarding the delay in being able to book an appointment for a Smear test via the telephone system. I received an NHS letter to contact surgery to book an appointment for a cervical smear. I tried to use both NHS ap and patient access ap but there are not any options for this type of appointment. I followed the procedure to call at 8am. The answerphone kicked in and I was no 30 in the queue. I spent 59 minutes listening to the recorded message telling me to be nice to staff, the call will cut off once 60 mins or capacity is reached, Be available for call back and the amount of hours lost if I m not and will have to start again. I found this extremely patronising and stressful, to assume I would be rude and my time is not important. I did get through in the nick of time to be told that there was a long queue for appointments and was put on a waiting list. I did get a call back later in the day and an appointment within the month. I have no complaints whatsoever with call handler and actual appointment. just the telephone system and recorded message.

We did have limited availability of appointments for a short time, which was why we had to implement a waiting list. I'm pleased to let you know that two of our nurses who have recently joined out team have now completed their training and so our availability should improve and we can make them available to book via the NHS app again.     Diabetes review. Staff member friendly and provided feedback on tests done. Only problem was scales were incorrect and recorded weight 7lbs less than actual.

    Very nervous about attending thinking the worst scenario, however, listen to by ANP, Practice Nurse and GP. Medication prescribed and referrals made. Follow up appointment was reassuring and further treatment prescribed. Also supported by the social prescribing team. Excellent service.

    Brilliant service, thank you. I was seen on time and the team were very friendly and supportive. Everything was clearly explained and I could also ask about the results from previous examinations carried out at my previous surgery (that I had not been made aware of before).

    Me personally not bad not seen a Doctor in years.But the Nurses I've seen are and have been fantastic Also receptionist on phone or in person have also been fantastic.

    Booked a blood test online. Attended surgery and had a good relaxing experience. Checked in with reception, awaited notification on large screen in waiting area. Nurse taking blood test put me at easy. All completed with 10 mins of arriving at surgery.
