    Despite the difficulties the Vine Medical Group is experiencing, the staff are kind, considerate and efficient when you get to see them. Everything was explained clearly and I wasn’t told off about my bad habits.

  2. Review titled Difficult to get an appt

    Very difficult to get an appt with this practice - the system tells you that you have to submit a request, but each day it tells you it will open 2pm the following day for you to submit the request. I went on the system at 2pm sharp, by 2.10 it was warning me the system would shut down at 2.15 so I had to rush through all the questions they ask. I did however receive a text within a couple of days with my appt time and date, although it was three weeks away that wasn’t a problem as it wasn’t urgent. Once I saw the Dr, I found her very knowledgeable and helpful so definite plus for the team there, but negative for the whole booking system which seems to do everything in its power to put you off booking (or trying to book) an appt

    As someone with multiple issues, I always get the care I need, promptly. I’m always made to feel comfortable and listened to. The receptionists, nurses, hca’s and doctors are all lovely too.

    After losing a kidney due to being ignored by vine medical, I had a positive smear test over 15 months ago which required me to go back frequently to check to which I was met with rude receptionist daily for months who told me if I can’t see an app on the NHS app she can’t either. Finally managed to book one and a blood test after issues relating to the positive smear test. Leaving the feedback is more for the benefit of vine medical then the patients, I hope even the receptionist learn your dealing with people’s health and lives

    I have been unwell for months now and every time I call at 8 am they are either full of I need to call back at 2pm which I do every time and again at 2pm the routine appointments are full so it’s back to square one.

If your problem is urgent and can't wait, and you're unsuccessful with us please know that you can seek treatment at a local urgent treatment centre, or contact your local pharmacy for advice.     Arranged by the practice. On time as specified and speedy and efficiently completed. If only patients requests for appointments could be as speedily and efficiently managed it would wonderful!

    The service level at this surgery is up andd down. Depends on what service you require Ie still have problem booking on line as the form is too long and you get kicked off web site. Have been told by two different receptionist to just give one word answers so at least you get logged. What is the point. Why not just make the form simpler.

    Very hard to get a appointment with a actual doctor . Got to tell a receptionist why you need to see a doctor even if it’s personal . Have to wait roughly 3 weeks to see a doctor not good enough in my opinion
