Consultation was excellent. Answered all the questions I asked, and arranged for tests. I will have my tests and return for the results. I have also been booked for my CoViD booster and annual flu.

Time with doctor was informative and useful.Time spent getting appointment was frustrating but fortunately was not critical to condition and treatment.

Everyone at the practice is lovely and care or treatment is friendly and professional. Getting to the stage of having an appointment is a nightmare.

I attended forest end surgery for a regular blood test. The lady taking the blood was friendly, efficient, and competent, just like all the other phlebotomists and hcas who take blood there

It was only a blood test but I was in and out before the appointment time which was good, and the staff were very friendly.

Before the Vine Group took over my surgery I got good service, since the Vine Group took over it is just one excuse after another. This time it was: we are too busy to phone you back, call 111 or go to Petersfield or St Marys and wait. I don't really need to see a doctor all I needed was the practitioner to call me back and assess whether I need another course of antibiotics, but they would rather I use my time and nurse time elsewhere to have the same outcome as a quick phone call - I am disgusted with this buck passing - the Vine Group should get a grip and take responsibility for there own patients.

Difficulty actually getting an appt but once there Dr was very engaged, listened to me and didn’t dismiss my concerns. I was very impressed with the attitude, kindness and consideration.

I was having yearly health check, the nurse was very friendly and professional, she put me at ease, wasn't long waiting,and the checks didn't take long to do
