    Arrived slightly early greeted by friendly staff Waiting room clean and comfortable Seen on time by efficient caring staff Procedure completed quickly with no problems

    Had an appointment to have holiday vacinations. Receptionist was welcoming and efficient. Appointment took place at the allotted time, the nurse was pleasant and helpful, once my injections were complete she asked about some of my other medications and updated my records accordingly. Appointment was very relaxed and easy and complete within 20 mins.

    When you're through to the nurses, they are absolutely great, call when they say they will, do what they say they will do. The doctors: Don't follow up, don't "get the job done". A disgrace.

    I know there have been numerous bad reviews for Vine surgeries however I did not have a bad experience. May be because it was a routine appointment and not an urgent appointment. Arrived for appointment and waited less than 5 minutes to be seen

    Appointment easy to book. Friendly professional service completed on time by polite welcoming staff. Blood taken without pain and all the process explained

    I checked in quickly and easily using the touchscreen pad. I liked that it informed me the DR was running 2 mins behind ( although pretty sure she made that up as I was in and out so quickly )

    Trying to get my fathers mri scan looked at by doctor, then eventually get an appointment. Dr knew nothing about what scan results revealed, so was referring him to neurology. Nobody at neurology had any referral for this. Go back to doctors to be told ring advice and help , only to be told advice and help is for the doctors, not the patient. Seems to me they can’t be bothered, been on the phone a total of 6 hours today, and still can’t speak to anyone . How anyone can give this practice 5 stars is beyond me. This is not the first time we have had problems either.

    It was 4 weeks before I could be seen, but it was a face to face appointment with a Dr. The Dr was very friendly and pleasant in her manner. My problem was a dermatology one that required photographs to be taken with my phone and sent via a link from the surgery. This proved to be difficult as it was poor WiFi. I was asked to send 3 pictures when I got home. I agreed but the link would only accept one photo. I then had to phone the surgery for advice. I finally spoke to a receptionist who was extremely helpful. I had to have a link sent for each individual photo. Surely there is a better way for this to be done at the surgery during the consultation. What would have happened had I not had a phone?

    I found every member of staff from the receptionists to the doctor's to be polite, understanding and very good at their jobs. Getting an appointment is another matter altogether though
