    The HCA could not get any blood out of me for my blood test. She went and got a colleague who had worked as a phobotenist in the QA. She succeeded. Both ladies were very caring. Thank you to them.

    I rung yo at 8am (like they say) and I was above 30 in the queue for over an hour. I went down in the queue and someone answered after 1 hour and 30mins of waiting. After waiting this long (whilst being at work myself) I got told that the surgery was already full to capacity and had no space. I phoned 111 as by this point my son was really struggling with his chest like I explained over the phone. I had a call back straight away by the primary care team telling me that he could be seen and gave us a face to face appointment in the afternoon. Got down there and the place is empty so it's not full. Then my son had to wait even longer because we were waiting to be seen for over 30mins after his appointment time. This practice is appalling and I would not recommend it to anyone. I will be doing everything I can to move myself and my children to somewhere else. My son ended up on antibiotics for a severe chest infection.

    My experience was delt with by friendly , knowledgeable staff and felt reassured after my visit. And having a follow-up appointment made for me was very prompt and sent to me as discussed on leaving my appointment. And appreciated that

    I was with the doctor for quite a while and didn’t feel rushed. She listened to me and offered solutions. I felt heard and came out feeling very positive. I was referred to follow up enquiries.

    Warm welcome with everything prepared for the Well Man MoT with Q and A, weigh in, bloods & blood pressure. Key message, keep popping the pressure pills. All done & dusted. Many thanks to all NHS Staff, a great service deserves a great reward.

    Changed who I was to see last minute. Then that person was ready to give me totally wrong help. I was extremely distressed as nowhere to park when I got there due to staff taking up all but 1 parking space. Names of patients were called and displayed to the whole waiting area, no privacy there then. Appointment time - someone else was called to the person I was seeing. More stress for me, I suffer with severe mental health problems. Reason for being there not checked. Totally unacceptable

    My B12 injection very fast and very satisfactory very easy to sign in for my appointment the nurse was really well prepared,had my next appointment already booked in for next injection

    Practice appears professional and clean. Receptionist was supportive and helpful. Once into see doctor it went wrong judgement and assumptions were made and felt like a waste of an appointment. I was told treatment went in stages and gave details of stages briefly but which wasn't the type of treatment I was hoping for. Now need to wait for a separate appointment to receive what I was hoping which was simple advise and guidance this should have been received from appointment made first time. Unfortunately similar isn't the first time and I have lost a lot of faith in treatment. I felt unheard and unrespected please do better to listen to patients when they come in through the door not everyone has an agenda.
