    Never any appointments when you need one. Been trying 3 days to get one to no joy. on the phone an hour just to be told sorry we have no appointments today try 111, well no because I actually want to see my doctor not that it's ever the same one twice!!

    Dear Anonymous, I'm sorry you've had trouble requesting an appointment. We currently release our same-day capacity for urgent problems at 08:00 daily, and additional capacity for more routine queries at 14:00. We do find that demand regularly exceeds our daily capacity, but further appointments are released daily. If you're problem can't wait you can seek support from 111, an urgent treatment centre or A+E. Kind Regards, Vine Medical Group

    This visit to Dermatology at the surgery was good but previous experiences have not been good. Would like to be able to see a GP to discuss issues.

    The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. And the nurse was very gentle and helpful. Got there early and seen as soon as possible.

    I am convalescing at home from major surgery and needed advice on a number of matters. I asked reception at Dryden Close for a call back, which happened within an hour or so. The receptionist was very patient, listened to my needs and arranged for a same day GP appointment for me. The GP I saw was excellent, had my record up on her monitor and was well informed. We went through the various matters I wanted advice on, I received very welcome advice, a check over, and an appointment to have a blood sample taken. The treatment was empathic and excellent overall, and provided what I needed. I am very grateful to all concerned, thank you.

    Like most NHS surgeries since covid, difficult to see a doctor, but great service by nurse taking blood samples once there this time.

    I was around 30 mins late being called in, but the experience was good. The GP took time with examinations and agreeing a treatment plan, and I left the surgery feeling satisfied re how the appointment generally went.

    My last couple of appointments have been at the surgery, I am aware that there are a lot of complaints about the practice but I have managed to get face to face appointments when needed. The staff have always been very friendly and the nurses really competent, fastest blood samples I have ever had taken. I don't really like the booking system of a 15 minute slot at 2 pm, it is restrictive and unless you are computer literate I should imagine a real nightmare. Other than that no complaints at all

    It’s just so difficult and stressful even getting an appointment. Did the online request on 21/9 days can take up to 10 days for contact but I simply received a text reminder of an appointment the day before. Luckily I could make it. The dr then explained that I’d put far too much in my referral to discuss in 1 appointment and not only did I feel like I’d been reprimanded but out on the spot to choose 1 issue to discuss. In hindsight it was unlikely to be the right choice. They are however taking steps to improve the first issue before addressing others. It’s no wonder I’ve left it so long as I walked away incredibly upset, emotional and feeling like I shouldn’t have bothered!
