The service when I can get an appointment is great; the staff are always very helpful and friendly and my hope is that the new appointment booking system makes accessing these services easier and quicker.

Even with a new system this place I see no improvement, impossible to get an appointment with a doctor at Vine. Avoid joining this practice, once they became a "group" it was all down hill from there!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. I'm sorry that you haven't seen any improvement despite our recent changes to the appointment system. Our online system is now open from 08:00-17:00 during which time you can submit appointment requests that go to be triaged by our clinical team, and if appropriate an appointment will be booked with a member of our healthcare team. I have been unwell for many weeks and the service and care received has been incredible so helpful and kind appointments arranged at short notice receptionist Doctors Nurses pharmacy enquiries all have been amazing

I used the new appointment service and the response was quick and an appointment provided in 2 weeks. No problems with anything. A good service and helpful staff.

After a free hearing test I was given an expectation of what to expect from my Doctor. Although after my Doctor asked many questions about my symptoms I was provided with a full explanation of my situation and what the plan was to rectify it. A very informative visit.

I have no complaints when it comes to getting an appointment for my 3 year old son. But unfortunately for myself it is near on impossible to get an appointment. I get a 25 minute window, Monday - Friday to try and get an appointment. 9 times out of 10 it may get followed up with a telephone call. Or nothing at all as they don't seem to think it is worth the time Of a doctor. I have several ailments that I would like looking at, but because of how difficult it is to book an appointment and how hard it is to see someone I don't bother anymore.

Telephone results review 10:00-11:00. I waited next to phone till 11:15 without receiving a call after which l had to go out. Even though l took phone with me in a bag didn't hear the call at 11:40 and again 13:00 ish. So never received review. Happy to try again but would prefer it not to be in the middle of morning or afternoon as disrupts my whole day

It’s not always easy to get an appointment to be seen. When I did there was a 25 minute wait for my appointment due to the nurse having to spend longer with previous patients than the appointment time allocated. She was very apologetic

I’ve never had an issue with vine medical group. They have always given us timely appointments and the different sources they have available like texting flu vaccine links and online form for appointments is great. They are always friendly and always listen. I’ve never had a bad experience
