    Was seen perfectly on time and Dr was great going over and beyond to help. When asked for an extra blood test this was organised asap.

    I am severly asthmatic and went to surgery to be met with both receptionist and a patient who were all wearing perfume. It was so overpowering i struggled to breath. Please stop people wearing it. I know its personal choice but breathing is essential!!

    Dear Paul, I'm sorry you found the receptionist and patients perfume to be overwhelming. Unfortunately we're unable to stop people from wearing things like perfume or aftershave in the surgery. If this is an issue again in the future please feel free to wear a facemask, or let the receptionist know and it may be possible to wait elsewhere for your appointment.     My annual diabetic screening. Only a short wait to be seen which is unusual. I saw an HCA which is usual. She was efficient and friendly. I hardly felt the needle go in to take my blood and it didn't leave a bruise. All my tests were carried out efficiently with good humour. I passed all the tests but await the results of my urine and blood tests which are sent away for testing.

    Contrary to previous experience I was lucky enough to pick the right time to book an appointment online. After that the service provided by the medical staff was up to its usual high standard.
