    After having a really hard week I had to go and have blood tests done. I was really emotional, stressed and overwhelmed by situations that have happened as well as heath issues. When the nurse asked me how I was I burst into tears and this amazing, caring and kind nurse looked at me while I just let all the emotions of my week out she didn't rush or stop me she was amazing at reassuring me that I was not being over dramatic or waisting her time she could see how important that time was. She gave me some wonderful advice and reminded me that I need to look after myself. She sat and talked to me for a little bit and even made me laugh. She then continued to take my bloods once she felt I had calmed down. I honestly can say that the nurse was so supportive and understanding. I'm so greatful for her time and patience she had.

    I have been a patient for decades, and am always impressed by everyone at the practice. This visit was the 4th for a specific issue. The GP has taken a real interest and is doing everything to resolve it for me. I have found it very easy to get the help I need, and like the new appointment procedure.

    Over many years I have not needed medication or the need to attend the surgery but over the last couple of years I have had a couple of potential serious episodes and the response from the Vine Group has been excellent and you have arranged very quick admission to QA resulting in a successful conclusion to my then throat problem. The follow up from that will result in my having the necessary polyps removed on Friday 17th November which were discovered when sorting my throat problem. In short you have a first class practice with first class professionals caring for your patients. I’m glad I am one of those patients.

    Had a 9.30 appointment and was seen at 9.30,not a fan of doctors or hospitals but my doctor was very calming and genuinly concerned for my condition,actually looking forward to going back now!!

    I arrived promptly for my annual hypertension appointment and checked in with the receptionist. I was call to see the nurse ahead of time who explained to me the full purpose of the appointment and what what procedures she was to carry out. Nurse was professional and efficient, making me feel more comfortable. All in all a positive experience.

    The Dr I saw was a lovely lady I was with her for an hour she was very thorough and the referrals were what I needed she listened to me and what outcome I wanted she is seeing me again to see if her recommendation for how I try to cope with one of my conditions works

    I’m fed up with this surgery. The doctors are an illusion. Can’t get hold at all. We were told there are 13 active doctors. Never is one available to speak to let alone see one. There is now a new service “Anima”. Which is worse than the old klinik one. If you ask the receptionists for assistance they guide you to Anima and you go round in circles. Very rude and unhelpful receptionists. I’m always very polite but it is harder and harder to be so. Vine Medical Group is a big disappointment.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your comment. I'm sorry your having trouble contacting a doctor. We launched our new online system, Anima, in mid-november and so far we have received a lot of positive feedback. If you telephone the surgery to request a GP appointment, our call handlers will need to complete the same Anima form that is available through the patient portal. This can mean that they have to take a lot of details, but it ensures that the clinical team is able to properly asses your case and ensure you get the best and most appropriate outcome.
