I had come for a blood test. Was asked how I was. I mentioned I was feeling very nauseous due to Methatrexate for rheumatoid arthritis. The nurse promptly emailed the surgery pharmacist who checked my previous blood results. He noticed folic acid dose was very low and immediately prescribed 5mg for 6 days a week. It helped me over the christmas period. Now I am trying to contact Rheumatoid dept at QA hospital for further help. I am very thankful for the help given to me by the nurse and pharmacist.

Using the new system l thought that l would get a reply from the surgery in the future and ten minutes after filling in the form online l received a call from the surgery with a consultation with the doctor in two hours which l was pleasantly surprised If this is the future then I am very happy

I booked my appointment on line and had different times of day to choose from that was convenient for me, I had a reminder of my appointment the day before, l was early at the surgery and was seen within 5 minutes as there was a cancellation, the nurse was lovely as they always are when I have had to see a nurse, she answered any questions I had and was very clear on every stage of the appointment

Doctor phoned to discuss high blood sugar reading for my Wife. Explained various possible medications and explained everything in detail. Friendly and informative.

Receptionist at Stajes Lodge went out of her way to help me resulting in an appointment the next morning. The doctor I saw listened to me and my previous history regarding the matter concerned and asked what I would like them to do. She then agreed with me and put a plan in action for the future.

Appointment was fine once I could manage to get one, and very stressed that I could only get an appointment by completing a referral online as I am 78 years old and not very computer literate. Felt slightly disappointed that it was explained that only 1 symptom could be discussed at the appointment, although once I attended the surgery the treatment and diagnosis was quickly followed up with a referral to the hospital and several other tests. Since this hospital appointment, and further tests, a doctor at Vine Medical Practice has contacted me and explained other concerns that now need to be followed up, and I am grateful for the way these matters are being been dealt with.

I received an email stating that I was due for annual medical check. I rang the GP practice and was offered an appointment instantly. I also received a reminder for the appointment. When I got there for the appointment, I was attended to promptly. I will recommend the practice to anyone, any day. Thank you.

I was advised to visit the surgery at a specific time and I arrived a few minutes before. I did not have to wait long before being seen by the doctor. It was a quick consultation with no problems. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful
