I had heard terrible reviews about this group so when requesting an appointment via anema I was amazed to be seeing a doctor within 2hours and all necessary tests arranged within 10 days. I felt the doctor listened to me and was reassured that concerns are being investigated promptly. Thank you Vine. I must add I rarely need to see a doctor as minor ailments can be dealt with at the pharmacy etc

never felt so let down in my life no help at all was given an appointment for tennis elbow injection instead the doctor said i will send you a link to amazon go and buy a strap for it not easy on a pension

Arrived a few minutes late apologised and only had to wait few minutes. The lady taking the blood clarified which test I was having and the process was quite swift and painless. She was extremely pleasant.

Breathing problem doctor sent me to ent still waiting for consultant report nothing from surgery as consultant sent letterto surgery about chest pain said it could be angina but not any thing from surgery all so had a hip replacement in april in southampton consultant sent letter to surgery about my recovery tablets physio recovering never heard any thing from surgery there might be a problem there with passing letters on to the appropriate people
