Blood test l arrived to early but was seen earlier which was great. Nurse extremely friendly and explained when I would get results if there was a problem

2nd time going for my B12, the nurse is lovely, my next appointment was already booked and written down for me. So organised! Appointment was on time too.

For the last couple of years this practice has been awful, ringing through the phone or the online service, the receptionists are rude and the online form giving you as little as 5 minutes in my experience to actually fill it out and explain why help is needed. However since the new platform was launched in November getting help is easier and even having time to be able to fill out the form correctly and efficiently is so much easier and less stressful. Having the new platform has made getting help easier for sure.

I managed a same day appointment with polite and friendly service. Efficient service. Ample parking with easy access. Medicine dispenced to a local pharmacy.

I had my annual asthma review where we discussed how my asthma gets worse in winter and when I'm ill and how my disordered breathing can impact that, they helped to refer me for the breathing therapy I missed due to the pandemic to see if that would help

Easy self check in. Minimal waiting. Blood taken for medication effect check by health care assistant. No concerns with whole of visit. Appointment booked on line.

Much more professional and efficient just need to sort out the telephone appointment waiting times? I would still like to see a walk in appointment system?

Once you can actually get an appointment the staff are courteous, polite,professional and extremely helpful.

Surgery rang approximately one hour before, and cancelled my appointment. Rescheduled for around 2 weeks later.
