    Literally popped into Forest End today (12/1/24) to enquire about letter I received re statins. Receptionist was very helpful and arranged for a telephone call with a Pharmacist in a few weeks time. Great service so far.

    Not kept waiting long, warm and friendly nurse for my B12 injection. Not a lot more to say about a regular injection I have every 12 weeks.

    My practice informed me of the actions I needed to undertake to prepare for my visit. The instructions were quite precise and making an appointment was not for a couple of weeks but I was not an urgent case. The overall service, advice and continual health care has my confidence to remain at my current practice.

    I attended a diabetes review. The nurse was great and the review was completed in good time. I was able to ask questions related to my review and have a useful conversation. It helped that I had taken a number of blood pressure readings leading up to my appointment over a number of days and this proved useful. My blood test was carried out without problem as was examination of feet. An overall good experience. Thank you.

    Saw GP who asked for blood tests. Received appointment straight away. Blood tests back and put on my app. Would like someone to follow up results but fingers crossed that is next in the process

    Went for my routine pre diabetes blood test and had the most cheerful and lovely lady taking my blood. Happy to chat, gave some advice and even told me I was doing an amazing job as a mother after having a really bad couple of years with anxiety. Definitely felt as ease and need were met.

    I used the Anima system for the first time. It took me a while to fill out and said it may take a few days before I got a reply. I had a text the same day offering me an appointment a few days later. I was examined by a doctor who gave me advice.

    Dear Patient, Our Anima form does take a lot of details, and so can take a few minutes to complete, but it really does help our systems and clinicians to ensure we get you to the right care for your symptoms.     Gp's at this surgery have do not have enough knowledge of B12 deficiency or the long term, irreversible damage caused when not managed properly. With poor B12 management plans, likely down to cost, despite it being a very low cost treatment plan.

    Went to the vine in Milton road, for my PSA jab,in and out in 5 minutes, also my ongoing treatment is being taken care of as quickly as can be expected,I'm very happy, thankyou
