After having a terrible experience there last week my 2 visits yesterday were both fantastic! Both were on time and completed very swiftly and professionally!

Having to use a completely absurd algorithm based booking system to try and end with a result to get an appointment to see a physical Dr, 3 referrals to a pharmacy who all said i needed to see my Dr , but an inability to get an appointment, when recontacting the practice to follow Pharmacists guidance. without numerous calls and a visit to a treatment centre who could have not bee more helpful to get the practice instructed to see me. Who even denied receipt of the instruction sent the previous evening. Completely ridiculous

Annual diabetic review. Dates offered within 2 weeks of invitation. Appointment was dealt with quickly, efficiently and very friendly.

Thorough and informative. Reassurance that follow up steps would be taken, they were. Blood test booked and notification of an x-ray followed immediately.

Called into health centre yesterday for advice as my wife has cancer. Receptionist was polite and helpful and arranged for doctor to call us during afternoon surgery. Went back at 08:30 this morning as no phone call received and a different Receptionist said she would email the original Receptionist. What a joke. I would like to know what the doctor has to say not the Receptionist. It seems like we are discarded after having a fictitious appointment made. This service is diabolical.

Having come to an in person appointment (which was book within 24 hours of doing my Aviva form) for the first time in over 4 years I was immediately comfortable. I went into the appointment a few mins early and had fantastic service.

Systematic and professionally managed. Though waiting times on phone are high but registering through anima app is helpful
