    Easy to use the online app and I received my appointment within a few days. When I arrived at the surgery I was greeted with a smile and my nurse was just sooo lovely.

    I had to wait over an hour for my appointment and over a month to see a doctor I went to a pharmacy in the meantime and what the prescribed me has made my issue worse I was told today by the doctor

    Dear Anonymous, I'm so sorry there was a wait for your appointment. Our clinicians do their best to keep to time, but sometime that is not always possible and urgent or complex cases can delay them. I'm also sorry to hear you had to wait over a month for your appointment. We do routinely book up to 4 weeks out for non-urgent issues, but we do try to book sooner if appointments are available.     I had a really good experience i got the help and support i needed. I never have a problem getting an appointment when needing same day care of if its a routine appointment. My only thing I can sometimes find frustrating is seeing different doctors all the time i would personally prefer to see the same doctor each time this is just a personal preference and all the doctors I have seen are very nice.

    Phoned surgery upon pm opening hours on a Thursday. Convoluted reason making e- consult difficult. Care navigator listened, took on board and arranged for later call. On Friday received phone call with appointment for next day, Saturday 27th with GP. Attended, examined. Nurse next room took bloods x 3. Electronic prescription sent to my appointed chemist. Drove to chemist & meds awaiting. Received message on Mon. Bloods results back.

    I have been to the surgery several times this month for weekly dressings etc. I have never felt rushed and everyone has been kind and willing to answer any questions I have had.

    I had issue with my blood test, painless and appointment was on time. I have never had an issue, however my wife's treatment has been awful. Nearly a year with an open wound and not once has she been able to see a doctor, just nurses despite continually asking.

    She was friendly, quick and efficient. The Vine's new on-line booking service is not user friendly, and it is almost impossible to see a GP unless it's an emergency, in which case Casualty is a better option anyway. I am not sure what purpose the Vine serves.

    Dear Mrs Howard, I'm pleased to hear that your appointment the clinician you saw was positive. I will pass this back to her. We have received a lot of positive feedback about our new online system, Anima, so I'm sorry to hear that you didn't find it user friendly. We release a number of both Same-Day care and routine appointments daily, although we do have a limited capacity.
