    I was able to get an appointment within two weeks of asking. The doctor spent time discussing my ailments and arranged for follow up x-ray and blood test. I couldn't fault the service on this occasion.

    I have been pushed from pillar to post in the last 3 weeks being directed to 111 / pharmacy / back to doctors and so on. I finally got an appointment I went along to this appointment 14th February 2024 to be told as soon as I walk in to the meeting room that the wrong appointment was booked even though I filled out an on line form!! Luckily the lady I saw went and spoke to someone else who could write a prescription is free, they had an opening at 16:05 Pm but might be able to fit me in before so had to wait around for half an hour. Luckily I was only waiting about 5 to 10 mins

    The nurse was helpful and respectful. She wanted a face to face appointment. I explained that I find it hard to get to Stakes lodge site.

    I apologise for delay in replying. The review was quite reasonable, however,I was asked to bring a urine sample but I get told it was not necessary, and the nurse informed me my blood sugar levels were high, not surprising as it was taken soon after new year/Christmas.Bloods were taken and included cholesterol but have not been informed of the result.

    The automatic self check in was so easy to do. The reception area was well organised and spotlessly clean and the information board threw up loads of useful things that both educated and amused! The receptionists were hard working, polite and very patient and went out of their way to help. I'm not allowed to mention specific names, but the GP I saw was brilliant - very polite, informative and reassuring. Very many thanks for a great service.

    The telephonic query was one referring to my wife who is suffering from dementia.First taken at reception who took all relevant details and then promised that a Doctor would call back soon. This duly happened and he spoke firstly to myself and then to my Wife.All queries answered and most impressed with the service as I know how busy you are. Many thanks John Robinson
