    A very organised appointment. Urine and blood tests were taken. Weight was discussed as was general health. All very painless!

    The clinician I saw is someone I see in a regular basis. I need to have B12 every 3 months. My needle phobia is handled very well by this clinician. Many thanks

    I was welcomed, checked in and treated very well by a young man on reception. I had an appointment to see the nurse, she was on time and very pleasant to talk to, I was dealth with in a mind and friendly manor, thank you.

    I spent 9 hours over 3 days on the phone jast week to see a doctor they were supposed to call me back but did never one day I was number 13 in living then moved to number 8 after 2 hours great progress when I phoned after 3 hours I was not even on the list and so it goes on what do I do

    Following use of the Anime appointment process I recieved prompt response and was quickly seen. The doctor was very efficient and quickly arrived at a plan for follow up treatment.

    Efficient booking system. GP very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. Appointment exactly on time. Receptionist also polite, pleasant and helpful.

    Although I had an appointment card and text reminder for z blood test when I arrived at the surgery i was not on the system and was a refused a test

    Had an appointment with respiratory nurse via video call. Called when they said and the experience was very good and made sure I was happy and managing with my inhalers and I was well.

    I was having a follow up blood test and went in punctually and the phlebotomist was very friendly and pleasant. She explained what she was doing and it was completely painless and a pleasant experience.
