    This was a bad phone call. Found it hard to understand the guy and the phone call was cut off twice! Nothing much sorted. Hopefully a better experience next time

    From booking through the Anima system to seeing the Dr for my condition was great. Everyone from receptionist to see the Dr was very good.

    Having registered with The Vine, I then called for an urgent same day appointment. Was told I'd be trialed and called back either that day or within the 24 hours. 3 days later I got a text to say my appointment would be a month later! I cancelled with them and registered with another practice who are still awaiting my file and I've been getting constant reminders from the Vine about the appointment that was cancelled weeks ago!

    Dear Anonymous, I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't get a response to your appointment request for three days. This time frame will usually only happen for routine or non-urgent requests.     I received a quick response from the surgery within a day of completing form online and was seen by a doctor the following day. The doctor greeted me with warmth and professionalism and took time to explain and reassure my health concern.

    Took my little girl for her 12 month jab at the forest end site and was greeted by the friendliest receptionist. She was really happy, friendly and was really good with my baby, chatting away to her and when I. The waiting room she was making my little girl laugh through the window. Also the 2 nurses that were in the room were fantastic. Really informative about what injections they were about to give my little girl and were also really good with her when they were giving her the injections. Again both of them were friendly and chatty.

    Appointment by text with a text reminder the day before. On appointment itself, i waited no longer than 15 minutes. Nurse was very good and asked lots of questions. I felt very reassured. No problems. Great service. I have been with Vine group for over 30 years and always find there service excellent. Especially when you hear so many horror stories about other practices.
