I did an online request, received a text with a telephone appointment within a few days with the clinical pharmacist. I was really impressed with the service I received. The pharmacist had such a great manner, and made me feel really comfortable. He was really helpful and so kind on the phone. An absolute asset to the practice.

Always find it fairly difficult to get an appointment in the first place as requesting an e-consultation is not easy as you get older and in my case not very computer literate, however find the level of care from both GPs and HCA to be satisfactory once an appointment has been made.

The Anima application was brought to my notice in March. Using it and the Vine medical group's reaction to it was a revelation. I was able to record full details of my concern without the stress and inconvenience of trying to impart the same information by telephone. Soon after sending the details I was contacted by the practice. This triggered advice on dealing with my concern which has involved getting a chest x-ray, a follow up CT scan, prescription of antibiotics and follow up visit to be checked. At each stage, I have been contacted and dealt with by different doctors in the practice who all did their best to progress my treatment. I am sure that without the use of Anima my treatment would not have progressed so well. I recommend that all patients are made aware of the benefits of using Anima.

Never have I met such a rude and abrupt doctor. When an autism diagnosis report has been sent to a different doctor and I mention it to be told we don’t have time to read that we don’t deal with autism. Disgusting would not recommend vine medical group.

Friendly polite nurse for my diabetes review. Knowledgeable and no problem drawing blood samples. Kept questions easy and was not overly aggressive with pin test
